A true solid state n-machine isn't currently conceivable as part of the process of an n-machine is the temporal differential between the center of rotation and the relativistic motion of the edge of the rotor vs the stater usually represented as the brushes. While undetectable to us, when travelling at 1/3 the speed of light as electricity does it is very relevant.
