I have been quarreling with you too many times so no use in repeating that here.
yes anybody who had made and possess such device knows better! Have one? If not you surelly need help in case you really want one.

Secondly we are not monks of the sciencie. We need technology, especially the forbiden one, to make better our lives now! not in 5 decades. Commercialization, not for mass profit, but promotion to local sociaties with distinct end user benefits is a win-win situation IMO.

What's wrong with that my friend? If i could sell such a device so as to produce cheap illumination or remote location energy and the end user was greatly benefited from that, what's the bad thing in the concept?
    .....

Having said that, i think the open University e-learning suggestion is one way towards the proliferation of those "forbiden" technologies.

I personally (as most others) have not the expertise, resources, and the time to learn everything from scratch and assemble such a device. Its a hobby, yes till now. But if we want to be a little more serious, and trully think such technologies could make a possitive contribution to our reality, IN this LIFe, then a teacher should step forward.

He have to present a fully functional device able to perform usefull everyday work, and undertake the task to educate others, with a suitable compensiation for his/her time of course.

    I would not repeat mylself.

I hope your plan works, but i'm afraid most researchers who have accomplished OU have either been threatened or decided not to get involved with the patent office or other institutions to confirm their discovery. They built one and stored it in their basement and slowly vacated from the grid. Only close friends and family know about it. This is not an isolated case either. There are many whom have accomplished this. I don't think money will cause them to disclose their inventions, because they chose not to patent them, so money is not an object. If things change, maybe we will see disclosure from some of these people. It's sad that we have to keep our inventions quite in order to keep them safe. I have some simple mechanical cad drawings of potential OU that I will release soon. I have not had time to build these, but theoretically they should work. I have gone back several times and redid these drawings to remove several moving parts to cut friction, and ultimately increasing efficiency. Good Luck. Stealth
