It is a scam.
They take info from anywhere from the Internet, and put them into her Plans,
and dont ask any Owners for Permission for doing it.
You can do a search on this Forum for Magniwork, and you will get some further Results.

It will work good or bad as you can find it on the Internet,
dont expect, they did work on it.
I did do a research about the Server, where it s hosted,
and all i can find is a lot of more Crap and Spam, what some offer there.

Theyr Server is in Luisiana, whatever this means.

But you see at her Page, all this Videos, what they show,
they actually have absolutly nothing to do with the Inventors.

Someone did buy some Plans from them, it was mainly the same, as you can find on Keelynet.
Just wonder, how they can make that, that they can be anywhere on Rex Research portal -- Hal Robins Cover Art
