Gray Power supply

Well back to the electronics store this arvo. Playing around with the tesla stuff you so often find similarities between what your doing and other work. Im gonna grab the guff this arvo to replicate as best we are aware Grays power circuit. Not focusing on the tube at all, its just a charge store then radient collector. At the moment dont care about collecting so will just use a spark gap for the charge store. I think the key point in Grays patent as pointed out by Peter is the use of a hv pos anode and a lv pos anode and of course the switching to discharge.
See how it goes. Was wondering if anyone else has done a exact replica of his power circuit as we know it. I might give it ago first of using a conventional hv source and batteries however i dont hold hope for it so will have to use stepup transformer as Gray did.
I need to score myself a piece of carbon for the lv anode any ideas.
