    howzit,the original matter or energy,that caused the big bang had to come from atear in time/space, sort of a singularity . like a pin hole in a dam that burst ,cause energy cant be created,and thers a shyte load of energy in our universe now,cheers bill

      Part of the linked post answers the Howzit question - so it didn't "had to come" from a tear in space-time, there are other alternative possibilities.
