After seeing the joe flynn replication and a no drag generator in a separate post by armagdn03, i think that's right, i hoped to build a bedini circuit motor that the magnets had very little drag on the motor that was assisted by a permanent magnet. This drawing is to be wired as a standard bedini circuit, repulsion motor. When the coil fires it should redirect the magnetism to the rotor. Providing more magnetic strength that the coil itself is producing. Has anyone else attempted something like this?

Do you mean something like this Bedini patent: US 7,109,671 B2

It is similar to that patent but i have added a closed flux path on the end opposite of the rotor coils. I am going to start out running the circuit with the standard monopole bifilar circuit. I may switch to an external timing in the future. to eliminate the posibility of self oscillation and things like that. I have the coils wound but i still have to make the rotor. just going to sandwich magnets between two cds to start with until i can get an idea of how strong of a magnet I will need. I'm going to start with the dominoes from my bedini kit then go up or down from there.
