conscious Energy tube (scalar device)

This device I called the conscious Energy tube it has the ablitity to lower the amp draw sufficiently just somewhat similar to the sunflower coil effect I being study many scalar devices that connect to consciousness. The tube is filled with aluminum & pure bismuth with opposing magnets facing inside ( Ralph Ring utron field setup note ). I show here some test with one Rodin coil on that will excite bismuth, aluminum, and magnet release scalar and torsion energy out. The physical effect right now I'm getting is raise amp draw when I place the Rodin coil on the tube, and lower in amp draw when I touch it with my human hand. I will continue to share tests and show how to build a device base on this nature principle.
