This thread is intended to be a compilation of info on Fred A. Baldinelli.

Please see this thread for cross reference as it appears that the
"Tesla Switch" was Ronald Brandt's attempt at working with Baldinelli's
    Dual Relay Charger.

If you want to discuss the Tesla Switch as John Bedini is teaching it,
please do that in the Tesla Switch thread.

And of course if the original Baldinelli Dual Relay Charger manifests in
some way, then that is what we hope to see here.

    Fredrick A Baldinelli

    Hello Aaron,
I'm not new here and have been around for some time but have been following things. The issue over Baldinelli's patent app or even approval should be a discovery event as in legal matters. I have contacted the Attorney General's office and have submitted a public records request to ascertain the outcome of the AG's investigation regarding the matter. Since he was NOT jailed it would appear that matters were resolved but to what end I've no idea. Wish me luck as I will endeavor to determine the end result. I also have a brother-in-law who works for Martin-Lockheed and could see what he might turn up? The patent should prove interesting indeed!
    my kind regards to all,

        Interesting Patents Thread

        Hello All,

Whenever I looked up the Baldinelli patents at google patents, this is what I found.

Baldinelli's patent 3168730 DOOR KNOB CONTAINED ELECTRIC SIGNAL STRUCTURE is referenced by 3341842 ACOUSTICAL SIGNAL GENERATOR issued to J. F. BREGUET.

3341842 is referenced by 4626764 PHOTO VOLTAIC BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER issued to the Secretary of the Navy. This patent shows a solar powered RELAY BATTERY CHARGER.

            etheric force

Unless shown otherwise, the ieee archive reference to Edison's "etheric
force" appears to simply be radio frequencies that were produced by the
make and break. Hertz replicated Edison's circuit and found radio waves.

Very nice. That is 100% exactly what I intended to happen. FOIA at the AG
              for Mass on this investigation.

There are also two different names on the patent applications.

Anthony Galluccio the attorney who is listed as having 35% in the doorknob
patents. And he was the one interviewed in the Globe article.

The other at 10% in the doorknob patents is Rocco Shelzi. His family is
              mentioned in the obituary.

              Rocco Schelzi

              Thu May 24, 2007, 04:03 PM EDT

WOBURN - Rocco Schelzi, who for more than 40 years served as president and treasurer of Wakefield Ready-Mixed Concrete, a major producer of concrete in New England, died peacefully at home on Friday, May 18, 2007. He was the beloved husband of Emma (DeMonico) Schelzi.

A lifelong resident of Woburn, Mr. Schelzi was the son of the late Joseph and Carmella (Bruno) Schelzi. He graduated from Woburn High School in 1938 and later attended Merrimack College in North Andover. In 1978, Mr. Schelzi was awarded a doctorate in business administration.

A veteran of World War II, Mr. Schelzi enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps in 1941 and served in China, Burma and India, attaining the rank of sergeant.
In 1947, after his return from the war, Mr. Schelzi started his own foundation construction company. Then in 1953, Mr. Schelzi acquired Wakefield Ready-Mixed Concrete. Over the next 40 years, during his tenure as president, the company grew into one of the largest producers of concrete in New England. In recent years, the company has supplied concrete to many of the area’s largest construction projects.

In 1975, after a gravel truck accident on the Mystic Tobin Bridge shut down the roadway, Mr. Schelzi was appointed to serve as a member of a Government Commission created by Gov. Frank Sargent, to undertake a study of truck weights on the roads of the commonwealth of Massachusetts. The study resulted in legislation being enacted regulating truck weights on roads and bridges throughout the state.

Mr. Schelzi served for many years as a member of the Woburn Planning Board as well as a trustee of the Choate Symmes Hospital. He also served as a director of the former Arlington Trust Company. He most recently served as a member of the Board of Visitors at Boston University School of Medicine as well as a member of the President’s Council at Merrimack College.

His lifelong dedication to the concrete industry, led him and several other producers to create the Massachusetts Concrete and Aggregate Producers Association, an organization where he served as president for two terms. Mr. Schelzi also served for many years on the Board of Directors of the National Ready-Mixed Concrete Association. In 1983-1984, he served as chairman of the board for the organization that is comprised of more than 400 individual member companies throughout the United States and abroad.

Although the concrete business was his primary focus, Mr. Schelzi also ventured into other business, particularly real estate development. Over the years he built a number of commercial and residential projects in the Greater Boston area. In addition he, along with several other partners, built a trash to energy facility currently operating in Haverhill.

Mr. Schelzi was also a generous donor to many local charitable causes throughout his life, among them the Lahey Clinic in Burlington and the Boys and Girls Club and YMCA in Woburn. He also assisted the Sisters of Notre Dame in the early planning and supervision of their long-term care center and was a member of the first Board of Directors.

Mr. Schelzi leaves his wife, Emma, five sons, Michael of Concord, Mark of Lynnfield, Larry of Lynnfield, David of Hamilton and James of Windham, N.H.; two daughters, Sandra Curran of Concord and Robin Miller of Andover, 23 grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Errechetti of Cambridge and Ann White of Burlington.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, May 25, in St. Anthony Church, 851 Main St., Woburn. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. There are no calling hours, and burial is private.

For those who wish, in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Mr. Schelzi’s memory to St. Anthony Parish Building Fund, 80 Elm St., Woburn, MA 01801, or the National Parkinson’s Foundation, 1501 N.W. 9th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136.

Arrangements are under the Lynch-Cantillon Funeral Home, 263 Main St., Woburn.
              Sincerely,
              Aaron Murakami

                    old records

It should be on microfiche if they don't have the originals, it is pretty
standard to do that. I don't believe they will simply destroy old records
because of running out of room. At least that hasn't been my experience
                    with information requests or searches.
