    Good idea... I hadn't considered that. I see that it filters ultraviolet frequencies so I wonder if it filters infrared as well...

    I'll have to check into this some more. Thanks for the idea.

      I remind all that the size of a 2 liter bottle equals a 50 watt light bulb ...
      The issue of piping sunlight still remains.
      Also, remind you of light refraction as a means of sunlight capture, not just the use of reflection.
