yep - I've been watching everyone's vids; the neo sphere 'resonant/remnant spin' is very interesting and I would like to replicate at some point to see how it feels when it happens - I would imagine it is odd.

My sphere magnets ALL have very bad wear and tear... the nickel coating is 95% gone off my 1 inch, and smaller ones are all looking like a badly rusted car with patches and flakes everywhere. And since I can't get a decent rotor built right now, I'm focused on solid state resonance. Sometimes if it doesn't go resonant I use a sphere to determine if all is well with the circuit - it will always spin.

I'm out of small gauge wire, looking for more but the small town I'm in is severly lacking on supply shops. It has a radio shack ('the Source' up here) that is smaller than my garage.

I really want to try a couple of the new winding styles - though I am unclear as to the specifics of the new generation of thinking, and was hoping someone could post some pics/diagrams/winding-tutorials here... please?

      • Gem, as to the specifics of how to lay out & wind the "new" Rodin coil..basically refered to now as the Randy Powell Rdoni coil....

heres the guy who made the light blub come on for me..

        YouTube - ‪Drawing the Rodin number matrix on a 9 x 9 torus‬‎

p.s i actually came up with the idea for the crossed pieces of carboard ( one of my more inspirational moments lol )...then tom without me knowing it.... added the two circles.....perfection !

however.....as to actually winding the wire....well..thats a different story

i went to a CNC place.. to discuss getting a plastic toroid machined with line grooves to accept the wires, so you could just lay a line of super glue down the channel..and lay the wire on top and keep going like that.

after discussing it with the guy it quickly became apparent that a CNC solution would be very expensive ( £1,000's at least )

however....just this morning....indiana suggested 3D print..which is something i didnt even know existed !!....its fantastic technology..basically creating a true object made of ABS, in 3D.....by printing it a layer at a time.

so far i have 5 winds out of 12 complete on my randy powell rodin toroid...and am at the moment attempting to create the 3D model that i can send to the 3D printers for a quote.

        • hi all,

has anbody else noticed the sudden ( like starting yesterday/today ) influx of "rodin" connected videos on youtube?

they all basically follow the same pattern which is... flashey geometric graphics accompnied by trancy music./.but with virtually no actual useful "content" whatsoever.

heres the nanes of you tube users posting these so far..

          shivadamour

          ParanormalResearchUS

          DDSDTV

its odd that all this has suddenely popped up...following the teslatech conference

IF the power is truly cut off then wouldnt that be overunity? I mean isnt this kinda a big deal? Also how is is the neo sphere able to run SOO far away from that coil?

            • I was taking it for a type of capacitance. It holds on for a while after powering, and then stops.
It would be OU if the stop could be avoided. From the spin down, it's clear that there is significant friction, only a limited amount of seconds from top speed to standstill.

I'm impressed with the range this coils has. RPMs are held even from the other end of the room.

I'll cry OU if he can do the same with a whole tray of the same ball magnets, spinning at the same rpms, and spinning up just as fast.

It's awesome work by Jack for sure though, and genious new math from Randy Powell. I've also had issues with the way the first coilds were wound, but he just took it to such a higher level. A wire path that does not math a directionally strained one. And why would a particle follow such a path anyway? A whole new approach to coil winding, Rodin math or otherwise.

Did you see Jamie's Buturff's recent video on similar coils' healing properties at specific frequencies? I'm very sceptical on any healing devices, but this gets me REALLY interested. I want my weak ankle to be treated by this.
If you look around Youtube for healing frequencies and retuned music, you'll find some very interesting stuff. 432hz, 528hz, various freqs each have their own applications. Makes me consider to pick up music composing again.

              • cloxxi,

i agree with you..but would disagree that randy powell's is a "new" math.....in my view he has simply pointed out the previous errors of interpretation that people have made WITH the math..and also how it applys to winding a coil ( the so called..standard rodin coil )

that's not to denegrate randy in anyway....far from....hes lifted the veil of cloudyness of what needs to be done to wind a coil that much more follows the Math. ( hence my reason for winding one )

Hey Rob - if this is still running, could you take some pics or short vid covering the setup? Would love to see it, and have it shared here!

                  • Gem,

i belive that rob got called over to iraq ( from germany i think )...

i was involved in his setup to some extent, however he was using rodins wound onto ferrite transformer toroids....with 1 of the original windings still on the ferrite.. quite a complicated setup

                    p.s......for Gem...maybe i should have said..."not nearly enough meters there !! "

definitely something I want to try. And yes - more meters!!! LoL

So here's where I'm at today - using a FWBR, and the cap bank across it, I have in parallel with the caps ... the power supply battery. The voltage is remaining constant however I've only just left it running to see where it ends up, and I believe I don't have it at the sweet spot and so it must eventually lower in voltage. Eventually. Right?

Anyhoo, I'll keep you updated - here are pics of it, and youtube will get its piece when I get around to vid'ing it.

                      Setup:

                      Scope (5v/div, 0.1mS/div):

                      Scope (1v/div, 20uS/div):

He announced this in his report of the Tesla Tech conference(Video i posted), i think he may be making a web site, i would subscribe to his channel and or send him a utube e-mail my friend, that's the only details i know of at this time sorry. Ill keep an eye of him and look out for any announcements

                                Looking good!

                                Very tedious looking wind.

Are you gluing from point to point?

Any updates on 3D printing a torus to share?
