  • Hi all,

got two rodin coils now, 1 of which has the hollow donut filled completely with Fe304 magnetite. also using a PIC32 micro controller to control up to 6 2N3055 transistors....however....with so many options im kind of stuck as to "where/how to start testing"

any suggestions for tests? baring in mind i have quite a few pickup coils etc and the capability to wind as per required ( though id rather use what i have )

    Thanks

    David. D

    • hey all .. been playing with my coils for a few days now, I ran across your forums doing research. I have two wrapped around the playskool doughnuts, one 27/27 of 28awg, and one 17/18 of 28awg.. i have done a little ac and have got a sphere to rotate around the inside freely on dc,(but not spin)
i have a freq gen and look forward to posting somthing valuable

        • hi rave, are you using a solid or a liquid in your ring?

          • Hi all,

            Welcome aboard pouderbern...
Rave, as far as trying /testing goes. Try this.....

Set your system up as in Gem's Neo Spin circuit; see attached.
I am useing my Toroid Transformer w/Rodin as the Pimary.
            I am now able to light a 20W CFL @ 12VDC x700mA at 10kHz.
I wish I had something a touch larger... at the moment this is all I have.
The Hologen bulb will get hot even thou their is no light.

Also move the Rodin2 lead from Ue Pos to Ue Neg; I noticed an
increase in power consumption and less work on Rodin2, but
            a 30W 12VDC Hologen bulb will light brilliantly @ ~15W.

            • I have a few Rodins built. All air coils. Got magnetic ball spinning with frequency generator.
Got a pound or two of mercury lieing around. Was thinking of trying to mix somthing with the mercury to give it ferromegnetic properties, (spin). Then building a close loop donut containing the liquid and winding roding coil around it. Was also thinking about Gallium, if coil heated up, Gallium would turn into liquid and spin if windings of coil were pulsed correctly. I have never seen a liquid spin. Any sugestions?

              • Argon + Iron Ions as in Stan Meyers Patents. Must be faster and easier than any liquid to move.

                • pouderbern, it is powdered black Fe304 ( megnetite ) filled into the donut as much as i could, the other rodin donut is still hollow.

Stubbs, thanks for the circuit, am looking at it now.

Rick, careful with that mercury its vapours are WICKED stuff and notoriously slippery in terms of an "air-tight" container

                  • Hi Rave,

Stan Meyers talked alot about this in his DVDs.
Iron and Argon Ions sepperate as in the attached.
He also mentioned magnetic fields up to 5? tesla.
I have not seen the DVDs in over a year now.

Do you have access to Argon???

                    • Stubbs,

the only argon i "might" have, would be in the plasma globe i have, but i dont know whats actually in it.

i was just going through gem's and yourelf's videos again to refresh my memory.

                      • I am working on a new coil now. My core is out of 2 100m spools of single 1.5mm
insulated installation wire; a total of 300 windings. I am wraping them with 1mm
mag wire; same style as before. I also have a hallow core in the working, useing
high pressure hose. I am dieing to try the argon /iron mix in a core. There must
be something there; it is used in 100w lasers as well the hallow cored VIC of meyer's...

                        • Stubbs, you must have read my mind...

ive been playing with the idea of slitting a rock-a-stack donut into two along the equator so as to use the one half as a mold.

then winding a coil in the normal sense that would go around the circumference of the inner diameter of the donut...and then winding a standard toroid coil around the first coil...and then...setting the whole thing into the mold...and finally.casting the whole lot with magnetite & fibreglass resin.....finally casting the other half of the donut together with the first cast....and then winding a rodin around it...

ending up with....a rodin coil with two exterior windings as normal....but also a toroidal coil & a standard coil INSIDE.

                          • see attatchment for my other idea of winidng a pickup coil onto the rodin...

looking at the rodin in cross section.the two circles are the plastic donut, the red lines are the rodin winidngs with a hole in the middle...the blue dots are the cross sectional view of a coil that is wound in the direction of the black arrow...hope it makes sense.

basically it would cover the skin of the rodin and also go through the centre region.

                            • thanx again for the warm welcome. rave, would you have to do the mold? it seems to me if the size was right on your inner toroid ( i have also seen this on another forum), and you had the outer half only of your outer toroid (the plastic ring) you wouldnt need any support for the inside other than maybe to glue the inner coil to the inside of the ring

                              • Could someone please set up...

I need someone who has a good coil setup to put a single heavy copper conductor in the center of the coil, where the apex of the coil is, with a magnetic quenched spark gap either way. Top or bottom with a carbon block on one end like the innards to the gray tube would be if it had a magnetic quenching spark gap. I think the Rodin coil is a receiver of the radiant energy present in all of nature. The Black hole he talks about would be the radiant event. Just use the coil as the receiver as a separate circuit. It could be that the angles present in the coil are there to receive this radiant pulse better then just using a normal coil. It could be why it is showing exceptional results when used in a normal fashion as well.
