In that light, everyone needs to understand the context of what has been posted here. There were certain things posted that were provided from me, and others, as suggestions for other replicators to look into. Which means that such information was NOT always tested to be useful. For example, the addition of the outer face wrap was proven to be not required for operation, so it was left out of the finished design.

As far as overunity, I really do not believe in the use of the term. There is always a reason for apparent energy gain in a system, even if one does not know or understand the source.

Having said that, for hydroxy gas systems, we typically use Faraday as a benchmark. The hydroxy gas systems that I developed are catalytic in nature, so not only are they efficient from a series cell voltage division standpoint, but they employ materials and processes to further improve power efficiency to well beyond the maximum that normal electrolysis can achieve. So if followed to the letter, the process can deliver cells with power efficiencies to 200% or more.

Add a toroidal power system to a properly designed cell system and we can exceed 10X the best that Faraday type electrolysis can deliver. In comparison, the Meyer system topped out at about 2.5 X Faraday type electrolysis due to the limited amount of water that could be reacted at any given time.

Nice to see your answer. I use and understood already the catalyzing processes and we were (team) were able in the 60's to do 10.000% efficiency with no components degrading. Now we went even further!

I beg to differ with you. I don't see you paying for all of my time, effort, and materials to research and develop this technology to the point that it can be replicated by others. So it is not up to you to judge what is to be released and what is not.

It is the lack of respect for the hard work of others, by people like you, that causes so many researchers to stop sharing with the world. In the end, humanity suffers, because when those researchers die, their research tends to die with them. I know I will be thinking long and hard before I make any further disclosures of my newer research.

It's not that I am trying to profit from it, it's that I am tired of greedy SOBs rushing off to patent what I develop and publish. I am currently involved in fighting one set of patent applications from a guy that is now claiming my cell designs as his own. I guess he figured by poisoning me with a radioactive isotope that I will not be alive long enough to beat him in court.

Maybe all the fighting is the problem. You can only control yourself, when you start to try and control others in anyway, shape or form, the results are never harmonious. Also, if you have to stop and think about sharing freely your ideas, then something in this world is attempting to control you to do so, not me. Also, my post wasn't directed at you, just humanity in general and its history so far as i know. i didn't mean to upset you or judge you, just meant to encourage anyone to not allow fear to stop good works such as these. The lives we all live here are for learning purposes and i can understand how one such as yourself can feel a pride of ownership having invented things and that is a lesson in itself. Let me put it this way, if no one can own any idea, then its for everyone, but, if ownership is placed on something, then no one shall have it. Take note of the world and you can see this to be true. Inventions are wonderful, but without the wisdom to accompany them, little benefit translates to the world and i'm speaking of all in this world. I know it may not sound practical, just giving away or sharing freely, however, the world is the way it is thus far for that very reason of people thinking of survival (albeit fostered) or service to self. Have no fear of anything and you shall be protected.

I agree with a lot of what you just said, this life IS a training to prepare us for what is next.

The primary issue I have with the guy, and his methods, is he introduced modifications to my cell design to render it ineffective, and is trying to ruin the reputation and intent of my original disclosures. I released that design into the public domain, with proof of publication as far back as 2002. He is using his recent patent applications, based upon my work but no mention of it or my prior art, to legally threaten those that dare to try to manufacture and bring to market cells that are built upon my original design (minus the destructive modifications of course). I cannot allow him to ruin not only my reputation, but the very concept that my design is based upon. That is why I fight him, not for money.

As far as the recent publication of unauthorized research materials. I don't suppose you approve of the wasting of money by those that want to replicate something. The tried and tested design has been published, in the Patrick Kelly D9.pdf document. All of the older research in that private forum was part of a project to try to enhance performance. None of those alterations to the design proved effective. Fact of the matter is, the windings worked best when wound exactly as showed in the D9.pdf document. So it is a waste of time and money to wind bias windings, or 6 primaries, as they were proven to not improve the base design. Why confuse people further with extra windings when they turned out to be superfluous.

Irregardless, the point was, that forum section on overunity.com was supposed to be private, in order to encourage open discussion amongst researchers that would not normally communicate in such an open fashion with one another. When people VIOLATE that trust by posting such private information in open forums, it serves to stifle that open discussion. So not only was private information published, it was done in violation of the intent of the originators of the material. I notice that the copyright notices were even removed from most of the drawings before they were published here and elsewhere.

Mainly i think, its a bad thing, that some use the tech from open source,
to make a business out of it. or put her name on it.
But i think otherwise, there are a lot of silent readers around, what try to make a business out of all from here,

I am not sure, if you really can prevent it, that someone use your technic,
when it is successful, because some Guys are smart enough,

And well, about OU. i do think it is possible, without 'take Energy from elsewhere',
i think more, it s a problem of the Way we got teached,
that for every 'take' must be a 'give'.
When i look at the whole Stars, what hang around in the Sky,
i think, they all get her Energy what is moved there, from around a certain Point,
but dont influence other Areas, till the big Reset comes.
But it can be even too, that you can get more Energy from oscillating Systems as you put in.
Thats why everything collapse and expand, but the Enviroment is to huge,
to take serious damage from that.

that they really will accept that,

It's ok sucahyo, I have had to have that file removed from many places that it was not supposed to be. Peswiki was one of those places.

There was some good information in that file, as well as a lot of speculation and ideas to test and prove out. It was not intended as a how-to guide, nor was the content intended to be published outside of that private group of experimenters and researchers.

If one is looking towards that Bob_Boyce_TPU.pdf file for additional clues about the inner workings of the battery charging version of my TPS design, it will not be found there. The information is way too old. The hydroxy gas TPS was what I discussed there, and I was trying to improve upon it by adding other windings. They did not improve it, though they did permit some tweaking for other odd effects not related to energy or hydroxy gas production. They actually interfered - reduced output, made it less stable, and more dangerous as well. The battery charging version toroid is wound the same as the hydroxy gas version as shown in the D9.pdf document, only the pulsing parameters and wiring diagram are changed.

Probably the biggest tip that I can give you all is... this is not a normal inductive transformer. There are design parameters that are contrary to traditional inductive design. It's all about rapidly fluxing potentials in patterns to elicit desired responses. Everything in nature is based upon energy patterns and frequencies, including the very matter that makes up everything in the known universe. If we alter these energy patterns, we can alter that which relies upon those energy patterns.

Thank you . You information is very valuable. That remind me of what Steven Mark refer his device as a particle accelerator that make the electron go faster than speed of light in a similar way of how aeroplane wing designed to exceed speed of sound.

It is scary that scientist today built large TPU, Large Hadron Collider. I wonder what happen when they hit correct frequency with 27km ring, even if it's only air in the middle.

I don't have toroid nor high quality component nor high quality winding nor device to measure frequency, but I already experience popping transistor with one primary and one collector. This same transistor never die before even when disrupting current from coil with lower resistance. A simple test also show that TPU coil do increase radiant oscillator capability, at least it increase output charging voltage and reducing charging time. Thing that conform the requirement are battery as power source and trigger NPN with PNP to get sharpest signal.

This is very interesting technology, looks so simple and yet very hard to make.

Would you willling to share some safety consideration of doing experiment with TPU? I see many safety precaution on your document not mentioned anywhere else. I would really appreciate it if it is an uptodate information too.

just completed winding my first Toroid coil to start testing the Orbo concept.

I wound my coil in a special way and it seems to be giving some promising results.
