It seems the US military doesn't go anywhere these days unless there are great pools of oil underfoot. God forbid China or Russia sign any contracts for that oil without the say-so of the US banksters. The Haitian people obviously can't be trusted to use their own natural resources to improve their own country. This would run absolutely counter to NWO policy.
Now, if we just had a machine that would produce all the energy we needed without consuming any hydrocarbons, would that put our military out of business?
