In that state of waking up in the morning I sometimes get my best plans and clearest insights. I was thinking about this situation the other morning. This is what I would do if I was in their position of having this great technology. I would make a thorough document with details of construction and installation - everything that a person would need to know to get this to work. I would then put that document into a Zip file with encryption by a long random password. As far as I know only a brute force attack can decrypt such Zip files and if it's a reasonably long random password it could take hundreds of years to crack. If there are other encryption schemes that are better then use them but encrypt it for sure. Then send that file to everyone here and everyone you know as well as giving it to people in person. Upload it to file sharing servers all over the place (like Rapidshare). Now remember only you have the password at this point.
Now give the password to some very trusted friends and associates. Give them instructions that if anything happens to you to post the password here and other forums as well as on Rapidshare with a name that links it to the file you uploaded to such free file sharing servers. Also setup a script file (such as the kind you can create with keyloggers) so that it will automatically execute from a number of computers at a certain date unless you stop them (delete script) before that date. That script will send out the password to everyone or at least to people here and possibly upload it to file sharing servers. Than a day before that date arrives delete the script and setup another one for a new date IF you have not chosen yet to share the info.
In the mean time if you are ready to share the info for a price anyone who wants to pay for the plans sends you money and then you simply send them the password. I think this plan is fairly bulletproof but if it needs modifications maybe someone else here will see them and mention any holes in this plan.

So we have these guys, H20power and now Sebosfato all claiming to have cracked it, all claiming they know how to run a car on water... yeah right... Yawn...

Strangely though, not one of them has even come close to providing a proof of concept. Wonder why this is?

I don't know what Tut and the guys really have, but it's very clear that H20power and Sebo have nothing to offer but flawed science, wild speculation and wishful thinking. And to my mind at least, this minor oversight does tend to tarnish any claims of having, as Sebo puts it on his thread, 'discovered how to run a car on water using Stanley Allen Meyer water injector principle'!!
