( I especially like the part to stop the (commercial) fishing ! And gives the ocean time to re-estblish itself. (Althoug it might create a food problem that should be solved also)

Fulford is a charlatan.
I have seen many of his videos and he doesn't make sense.

You probably haven't heard of Eric Hufschmid but in my view he is a hero. He was the first one to expose 9/11 as a hoax with his book Info - Painful Questions and video: Hufschmid's Movie Painful Deceptions

Hi Bugler...I think you statement that Fulford is a Charlatan is a tad bit harsh, and if found to be untrue would also be slanderous. But regardless if he is or not remains to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I have found that people who focus more on solutions then on what the globalists are doing are sometimes seen as like you have stated a charlatan, because they do not focus on the negative as much. While others never focus on the solutions but rather like to point fingers at the problems and whine about it. And if solutions are given to them or proposed it makes them angry...why is that? Anyway Fulfmen is just one that has a more optimistic veiw of the future instead of the negative pesimistic veiw of pending doom and gloom. I see it as just people looking at it from different perspectives not that one veiw or the other makes anyone a charlaton. I am somewhere in the middle I think which might make me half a charlatan maybe from those from both sides or extreems.

You see, Eric appears to fall right into the trap that the Zion protocols are. I have read these protocols, and they do contain a lot of truth, except for one thing: they put the blame on an ethnic group of people, which is per definition wrong. You cannot blame a group of people because some members of supposedly this single group misbehave themselves.

Elements of the text in the Protocols were plagiarized from the 1864 book, Dialogue aux enfers entre Machiavel et Montesquieu (Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu), written by the French satirist Maurice Joly. Joly's work attacks the political ambitions of Napoleon III using Machiavelli as a diabolical plotter in Hell as a stand-in for Napoleon's views[21]. In the book, Machiavelli describes a series of steps that he intends to take to become ruler of the world.

Since it was illegal to criticize the monarchy, Joly had the pamphlet printed in Belgium, then tried to smuggle it back into France. The police confiscated as many copies as they could, and it was banned. After it was traced to Joly, he was tried on April 25, 1865, and sentenced to 15 months in prison at Sainte-Pelagie. Joly committed suicide in 1878.

The Joly book was in turn based on material borrowed from a popular novel of the time by Eug�ne Sue titled The Mysteries of the People, in which those plotting to rule the world were the Jesuits instead of Napoleon III. Neither Joly book nor the Sue book mentioned either Jews or Masons.

U. S. Congress - A Pagan Society

Her historical name is Persephone. She stands atop the United States Capitol Building in Washington, DC.

The act of standing upon property is an aggressive legal demonstration. Your lawyer will tell you that standing upon a thing is an ultimate proof of ownership in adverse possession.

Persephone, with the ancient pagan heritage she embodies, quite literally... owns the entire facility she crowns. The United States Congress belongs to her.

But how did Persephone (officials gave her the name Freedom) achieve her place of honor over Washington? Who put her there? When? Under what circumstances? What is the theological history of this �only authorized Symbol of American heritage�? What is her future?

Persephone was the Graeco-Roman goddess of the psyche or soul. She was abducted by Saturn�s son Hades, who enthroned her as queen-consort of his dominion, the underworld. Significantly, Persephone was distinguished by fifth-century Athenian scholastics for her... immaculate conception.

In 1854, Pope Pius IX issued an encyclical defining Immaculate Conception, an unbiblical scenario which holds that the Virgin Mary, like her son (and like Persephone), was �preserved free from all stain of original sin in the first instant of her conception.� Within days, federal legislators in Washington became obsessed with expanding the Capitol dome. According to one official publication, �Never before or since has an addition to the Capitol been so eagerly embraced by Congress.� Legislation was hastily passed which incorporated the new papal doctrine into the new dome�s cupola. A week later, the �immaculately-conceived� goddess Persephone was ordained to surmount the legislative center of the United States.

Persephone was sculpted in Rome and installed atop the Capitol on the 47th anniversary of the death of America�s first Roman Catholic Bishop, John Carroll. The event was heralded by 47 gunshots, thirty-five from a field battery on Capitol Hill, twelve from the surrounding forts.

The Capitol, incidentally, is erected on property owned by Bishop Carroll�s family. In the 1663 Maryland records, the exact site was recorded under the title �Rome,� its owner a man named �Pope.�

Roman Catholicism is a universal secular government domiciled at the Vatican City State in Rome. Its sovereign, the Pope, is an absolute ruler who is deemed infallible. In the political context, the Roman Catholic Church has been determined by the United States District courts to be a foreign State (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Case No. 85-1309).

The Roman Catholic Church State, if it may be so called, requires universal obedience to the decrees of its omnipotent pope and his various councils. She stands 19 Feet 6 inches, which works out to be 6+6+6 feet, and 6+6+6 inches. Persephone was placed on the Dome of the Capitol on December 2, 1863 in the middle of the Civil War. The event was marked by a salute of 47 gunshots as a tribute to John Carroll, the Jesuit bishop who had put Washington D.C. under Mary�s protection. John Carroll had died 47 years earlier on December 3, 1816. The statue of Persephone (or Mary) was placed on the Dome 47 years after John Carroll�s last day on earth.

Present Lincoln did not attend the ceremony, claiming that he had �a fever.� He was well aware of what was going on, but could do nothing to stop it. Meanwhile, Constantino Btumidi had arrived from work to do the artwork for the Dome of the Capitol. He painted what is called the �Apotheosis of Washington.� That means �the deification of George Washington.� According to Webster�s Dictionary, Apotheosis means �the act of placing a prince or other distinguished person among the heathen deities.� Between the deified Washington and the earth flies the Virgin pursuing �evildoers� with the Roman Eagle at her side. Her position between heaven and earth was meant to identify her as the Mediatrix, the most prominent role of the Roman goddess, Minerva (or Venus). The eagle at her side is the mascot of Jupiter, the ruling god of Rome. It represents Roman justice.

In fact, the motto of our Justice Department is Qui Pro Domina Justita Sequitur, �He who follows the Goddess Justica.� Persephone, or Minerva, or Venus (different names for the same goddess), when judging the dead in Hades, was called �Justica.� The Justice Department�s motto encircles the eagle, of course, who was said to follow Justicia.

Other details of this painting are too many to describe here, but when we focus upon the one young man in the painting who is called �Young America,� we will see the real point of our entire discussion.

Young America wears a little cap known as a �Phrygian cap.� Phrygia was a district in Pergamum, or Pergamos, which Revelation 2:13 calls �Satan�s seat.� Phrygian caps were given to freed slaves to show the world their liberated status. However, Roman law stated that this freedom could be revoked at any time for any cause. In other words, their liberty was given as a privilege, not as an inherent right.

Apparantly, the US never really became independent...

Marianne and Mithra

Marianne is one of the symbols of the French Republic and embodies the Republic as much as the tricolored flag. Marianne represents the permanence of those values which bind French citizens to the Republic: Liberty, Equality, Fraternity. A Marianne is a bust of woman wearing a Phrygian cap. In this article we will be interested in the origin of this bonnet.

The cap was worn for the first time in France at the Procope, a coffee shop where revolutionaries used to gather. It resembles the cap worn by freed slaves in the Roman Empire; slaves whose masters had endowed them with freedom and whose descendants became fully-fledged Roman citizens. The Phrygian cap was thus a symbol of freedom as early as Antiquity already.

The oldest traces of this bonnet date back to Mithra, the Iranian divinity of the Sun, of friendship, oath, and contracts. Mithraism was the most widespread religion in Europe before Christianity. The statues of Mithra, which have survived to present day, represent Mithra wearing a Phrygian cap and a floating cape; he is kneeling on the primordial bull, holding a dagger in the right hand and drawing the bull's head towards the back with the left.

During the French revolution, the first Phrygian caps appeared on the heads of the French a few months after the storming of the Bastille. They were made of red cloth, and matched the striped dresses of fervent revolutionaries, the sans-culottes. It seems that an almost identical bonnet capped the sailors and the galley slaves of the Mediterranean, and it is possible that the French revolutionaries coming from the Southern France brought it to Paris. To wear the Phrygian cap was indeed a way of advertising one's patriotism. This bonnet was also one of the outstanding features of June 20, 1792, a historical day which saw the people invading the Tuileries. The infuriated crowd managed to reach the king himself, and a municipal officer named Mouchet handed a Phrygian cap placed at the end of a spade to the monarch. The king, who was bewildered, was at a loss as to how to react. He seized the bonnet, and set it on his head. The gesture somewhat alleviated the attackers' aggressiveness.

The Phrygian cap was also worn by Trojan mythical characters such as Eneus. However, the cap of Libertas, the Roman goddess of freedom, was pilleus, an ordinary round felt bonnet. On the old representations of Libertas, in particular on the Roman imperial currency, she holds a pilleus in one hand, and often a rod (vindicta) in the other. Libertas, however, never wears the pilleus, and is not associated with the Phrygian cap.

After assassinating Julius Caesar (44 B.C.), the conspirators paraded in the streets, raising a Phrygian cap at the top of a spade. The image of a bonnet on a spade, as a symbol of freedom in artistic works, appears around 1570 in the Netherlands in iconography. But the bonnet does not have any particular form and often conforms to the local habit; it thus resembles neither the pilleus nor the Phrygian cap. This iconographic tradition developed in various European countries and became a source of inspiration for American artists during the struggle for independence.

There was a clear return to the Phrygian cap in its traditional form -- with a bent point -- in France, around 1790. Under the influence of the Jacobins, the red bonnet came to epitomize the Revolution. The American revolutionaries also borrowed the bonnet of freedom from the French, but only a score of years after the declaration of independence.

Liberty Cap

It looks like there actually is a possible mushroom connection there...
It is even referred to as a "liberty pole" and "liberty cap"
and liberty cap is a common name for a hallucinogenic psilocybin
mushroom. Of course that liberty cap name for a mushroom was
probably way after the usage of this hat/spear came about.

But when I first saw your pic and this, it reminds me of a fly agaric
mushroom or "amanita muscaria" a mescaline based hallucinogenic
muhroom. The common one in the disney movies and others with
the red cap and white flakes on it (from drying, stretched out and flaking).

Entheogens

While most of these symbols are common to alchemical and Masonic imagery, the origins of the so-called �liberty pole� and �liberty cap� are less familiar. It goes without saying, however, that all elements are to be understood as cryptic references that simultaneously conceal and reveal arcane mysteries.

At the visual focus of this illuminated document (and its copies), and set apart with striking contrast, we find a familiar Mithraic motif�a red Phrygian cap set atop the shining white steel of a weapon, itself braced vertically, Excalibur-like, into the presumed bedrock. Should one doubt the symbolic significance of this spear and its Mithraic equivalent, the sword or harpe, attention is directed to the fasces, or barsom, (its Persian equivalent, an assemblage of herbal stalks reminiscent of the Dionysian thyrsus, ostensibly a symbol of strength through unity, although not devoid of a basic botanical significance5 ), which otherwise would remain inexplicable in this context. Also, the red tassel situated above the fasces is an important Masonic symbol for the �Mystic Tie� that binds Masons, although they might be of diverse opinion and perspective, into a sacred band of Friends and Brothers; the knot or tie, however, is a more ancient symbol of cosmic trans-terrestrial Union.

Together, the cap and spear form a remarkable homologue of the fly-agaric. Unlike the Mithraic versions, of the Sword of Accord discussed above, the various illustrated versions of the D�claration, in both the use of colors and in other revealing details, leave little room for doubt as to exactly what entheobotanical Mystery is being depicted. Thus, the skirt-like remnant of the mushroom�s shattered universal veil hanging down atop the spearhead is explicitly depicted, as well as its otherwise incongruously bulbous base.
For additional clarification, the upwardly thrusting mushroom is identified with a sacred garland of evergreen boughs, and remains concealed, albeit just barely, beneath the illuminated capstone of the D�claration. The evergreen (usually the Attic acacia) is a well known Masonic symbol derived from ancient sources whose esoteric mythos is intimately connected to the obligatory mycorrhizal relationship between evergreen trees (among others) and the entheogenic mushroom that they host. One might only expect the fly-agaric to emerge, as it is about to do in this image, amidst an evergreen-strewn forest floor.

A final element is added to make the esoteric intention of the scene blatantly obvious. Even the most obtuse and profanely-minded viewer would have recognized the ouroboros as the preeminent symbol of the Hermetic Mysteries. For initiates, however, the circular serpent represents far more specific and practical truths. Aside from the well known association of snakes and mushrooms, and the probable allusion to the wheel-like circular cap (notice the serpent�s lowermost extremity corresponds exactly with the bottom of the Phrygian cap), there is an additional reference to the widely documented practice of filtering and fortifying the entheogenic properties of the mushroom as the urinous metabolite by means of passing it through the human body. Thus with the ouroboros�the �tail-eater,� (more correctly translated as �urine-eater�6)�the cycle of the Mystery comes full circle in this masterwork of esoteric visual encryption.

Capping the scene, Libertas on the left informs herself by means of Divine Illumination, while on the right Reason makes �eye contact� with the viewer and beckons attention to the revelatory Light (with her right hand) and its as yet unrevealed earthly source (with her left), the alchemical Son of the Sun, the sacred mushroom sacrament.

The fact that other renderings of the D�claration are practically identical even in the subtle details described above7 (See Figs. [1] [2]) argues conclusively against the possibility that coincidence or artistic license played any significant part in the composition of these illuminated manuscripts. Quite the contrary, such consistency is the product of an intentional, detailed design that carefully incorporates a complex set of secret fungal-entheogenic images worthy of the Mysteries from which they were derived.

Liberty-poles were tall staffs of one kind or another with a Phrygian cap or other symbol of liberty on the top. This tradition is certainly related to that of the Greek eleuthriodendron (eleutherios, �free,� dendron, �tree�7 ), the �Tree of Liberty� that was a �post or tree set up by the populace, hung with flags and devices and crowned with a cap of liberty.�8 Such trees were planted in during the American Revolution, and in France in the 1790�s following the French Revolution, and so also in Italy. Like the maypole granting sexual license on May Day (the folk equivalent to the Roman Floralia festival), Liberty Trees should also be understood as phallic symbols.9 The liberty pole, complete with Phrygian cap also occurred on some early American coinage, and the goddess Libertas, along with her spear and wearing the cap, almost became the central image on the Great Seal of the United States.

National Symbols in France: The Phrygian Cap or Liberty Cap

Hallucinogenic mushrooms were a part of many rituals in many different
belief systems including early Christians.

Before the Phrygian cap came to symbolise freedom or revolutionary fervour, it had another signification in the west. It was a symbol associated with the east. Indeed it seems to have been worn by arange of peoples in the Balkans and Asia Minor. Macedonian, Thracian, and Dacian military helmets all had forward pointing tops perhaps mimicking Phrygian caps.

The Phrygian cap was worn by the god Mithras - shown on the right. He was a Saviour god in the Dualist Persian tradition based on the Zoroastrian religion. Mithras was a forerunner of the Saviour-god Jesus Christ who borrowed Mithras's halo, his birthday and his temple on the Vatican Hill in Rome, but not his Phrygian hat. The same headgear also features on the heads of the Three Magi in old depictions of them - marking them as being from the east, like this depiction (above left) from a church in Ravenna. The name Magi denotes Zoroastrian priests from Persia.

Curiously, Mr Punch, as in Punch and Judy, always wears a red Phrygian cap - did he originally come from the east?

The Statue of Freedom, also known as Armed Freedom or simply Freedom, is a bronze statue designed by Thomas Crawford that, since 1863, has crowned the dome of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.. Originally named the Freedom Triumphant in War and Peace official United States government publications now state that the statue "is officially known as the Statue of Freedom".[1] The statue depicts a female figure holding a sheathed sword in her right hand and a laurel wreath and shield in her left hand.[2]

Description

Freedom is a colossal bronze standing figure 19�-feet (6 meters) tall and weighing approximately 15,000 pounds (6,800 kg). Her crest peaks at 288 feet (88 meters) above the east front plaza of the U.S. Capitol[3]. She is a female allegorical figure whose right hand holds the hilt of a sheathed sword while a laurel wreath of victory and the Shield of the United States are clasped in her left hand. The heraldic shield is the same as in the Great Seal of the United States, with thirteen stripes, except that the chief has stars (again, thirteen). Her chiton is secured by a brooch inscribed "U.S." and is partially covered by a heavy, Indian-style fringed blanket thrown over her left shoulder. She symbolically faces east towards the main entrance of the building[4] which means that incidentally, the sun never sets on Freedom.[5] She wears a military helmet adorned with stars and an eagle's head which is itself crowned by an umbrella-like crest of feathers. Freedom stands atop a cast-iron globe encircled with one of the national mottoes, E pluribus unum. The lower part of the base is decorated with fasces and wreaths. Ten bronze points tipped with platinum are attached to her headdress, shoulders, and shield for protection from lightning.

A monumental statue for the top of the national Capitol appeared in architect Thomas U. Walter's original drawing for the new cast-iron dome, which was authorized in 1855. Walter's drawing showed the outline of a statue representing Liberty; Crawford proposed an allegorical figure of Freedom Triumphant in War and Peace.

Crawford was commissioned to design the Statue of Freedom in 1854 and executed the plaster model for the statue in his studio in Rome. Mississippi Senator and Secretary of War Jefferson Davis (who would later become President of the Confederacy) was in charge of the Capitol construction and its decorations. According to David Hackett Fischer in his book Liberty and Freedom, Crawford�s statue was�

�very close to Jefferson Davis�s ideas in every way but one�. Above the crown he [had] added a liberty cap, the old Roman symbol of an emancipated slave. It seemed a direct affront to a militant slaveholder, and Jefferson Davis exploded with rage. The northern sculptor and the southern slaveholder had already clashed over a liberty cap in the interior decoration of the Capitol.[6]

Davis sent his aide, Captain Montgomery Meigs, with orders to remove the cap, saying that �its history renders it inappropriate to a people who were born free and would not be enslaved�.[7] A military helmet, with an American eagle head and crest of feathers, replaced the cap in the sculpture's final version. (Today many observers take the statue, with its eagle and feathers, to be an American Indian.[8])

Execution

Crawford died in 1857 before the full size plaster model left his studio. The model, packed into six crates, was shipped from Italy in a small sailing vessel in the spring of 1858. During the voyage the ship began to leak and stopped in Gibraltar for repairs. After leaving Gibraltar, the ship began leaking again to the point that it could go no farther than Bermuda, where the model was stored until other transportation could be arranged. Half of the crates finally arrived in New York City in December, but all sections were not in Washington, D.C. until late March 1859.

Beginning in 1860, the statue was cast in five main sections by Clark Mills, whose bronze foundry was located on the outskirts of Washington. Work was halted in 1861 because of the Civil War, but by the end of 1862 the statue was finished and temporarily displayed on the Capitol grounds. The cost of the statue, exclusive of installation, was $23,796.82. Late in 1863, construction of the dome was sufficiently advanced for the installation of the statue, which was hoisted in sections and assembled atop the cast-iron pedestal. The final section, the figure's head and shoulders, was raised on December 2, 1863, to a salute of 35 guns answered by the guns of the 12 forts around Washington.[9]

While Freedom was being cast at Mills' foundry the foreman in charge of the casting went on strike. Instead of paying him the higher wages he demanded Mills turned the project over to Philip Reid, one of the slaves working at the facility. Reid presided over the rest of the casting and assembly of the figure. The figure was placed in position on December 2, 1863. Reid had to wait until November 1864, at which time he, at least symbolically, received his freedom cap.

Restoration

The Statue of Freedom was removed from the dome for five months in 1993.

On May 9, 1993, after being in place almost 130 years, the statue was brought down from its pedestal by helicopter for restoration, also giving tourists a chance to see the statue up close. The work was needed because of extensive pitting and corrosion on the surface of the bronze and because of a crack and rusting on the cast-iron pedestal. The project was guided by the recommendations of a thorough conservation and engineering study conducted in 1991. The United States Capitol Preservation Commission provided $780,000 in privately raised funds, which covered all project costs. The work was performed by New Arts Foundry, of Baltimore, Maryland.

The cast-iron pedestal was restored in place atop the dome. The metal was stripped of paint, and the wreaths and fasces were removed to ensure that they were thoroughly cleaned and coated. The crack was permanently repaired, and the entire pedestal was primed and painted with a color specially mixed to match the statue. Since then, every 2-3 years, the statue undergoes two weeks of cleaning and recoating as necessary.
Statue of Freedom's plaster model cast now resides in the Capitol Visitor Center.

Restoration of the statue and the pedestal was completed in approximately four months. The Statue of Freedom was returned to its pedestal by helicopter on October 23, 1993, amid the celebration of the bicentennial of the U.S. Capitol.

The plaster model of the statue, which had been in storage for 25 years, was reassembled and restored in the basement rotunda of the Russell Senate Office Building, where it was returned to permanent public display in January 1993. The plaster model was relocated to the Emancipation Hall of the Capitol Visitor Center, which provides more visitors access to look at the statue�s details.[10]

Well, that is the *official* story of the Statue of Freedom, which does not necessarily mean that it is also the *real* story.

It is clear that freemasonry had a lot of influence in Washington and these guys are obsessed with symbolism. It appears that lots of symbols have double meanings, one for the intiated ones and one for the un-initiated. Alpert Pike wrote about this in his "Morals and dogmas":

Given this and the symbols of fascism just below the statue itself, it is clear that there is a lot of double-meaning symbolism in freemasonry, which suggests that is also the case in and around the masonic capitol. And while it may not be immediately clear what symbolism is in there and how to interpret it, it is clear that there is more than one explaination.

I think this is really awesome news. This is not just anybody, this is the Ike's great-granddaughter. Ike has played a tremendous role in uncovering the UFO stuff, even though this has been under the radar screens up to this day.

This may also suggest that it's too early to write Obama off just now, because the guys pulling the strings behind the scenes are not easily dealt with.
