How much is the output of his system compared to the amount going through
the toroidal primary? There's plenty of light being generated from it;
why is there no battery included to show how it will not become depleted?
Without meter readings on the output its saying the device is hardly capable
of producing excess energy.
Why not attach one of these to a remote control jeep with some kind of easily
recognizeable battery indicator light? The user would drive it around on
battery power alone, while at rest the system would be visibly seen to
recharge.

How does the position of the toroidal core with magnet effect
the output power level?
The pickup coil's axis of symmetry also marks the center of its
polarity, effectively balancing the two magnetic lines of force
to a standstill when the pulse is on.
There's two cores on either half of the toroid with a magnet
on the end of each one, or the core will fit through the center
of the toroidal winding and upon it wound the upper and lower
pickup coils.
