What type of motor is most likely to self-running?

We see the discussion on the many types of motors and would like to know:

Bedini SG, Bedini Window, Newman, Adams, Ossie and so on,,,, or other type of motor, which type is most likely self-running?

I have built a Newman motor, it runs for about 2 minutes, producing torque, at about 400 RPM, when I use a 330uF capacitor charged upto about 300 volts. The Newman motor is a very efficient motor, if not over-unity, I tried to measure some efficiency figures, but I couldn't achieve more than 1. I am going to use larger magnets to see how it goes. Maybe some measurements were indicating more than 1 but it might be due to measurement errors. The problem with the Newman motor is the Enormous Back-emf, which prevents it from speeding up.

The Adams motor seems to be another answer, that may
achieve self running.

This is going to be big if it doesn't get crushed by the PTB. Takes a small battery to run a big forklift motor that is powering a basic car at this point and battery does not lose power.
