Here are some design of tesla switch utilizing induction to switch the transistor. With no chip, it can be made to work on any battery voltage depend on transistor & diode specification.

I won't create this circuit but maybe this can inspire others. I would be very grateful if someone can make these.
The transistor is triggered by induction voltage. The coil ratio maybe around 1:1 to 1:10.
For 4 battery version with diode, it will activate S4,5,6 during clockwise charging. then they will activate S1,2,3 when the charge going anti clockwise.
