Tomorrow I will see what HDPE boards I have at my disposal and continue the work. I will go slowly and do everything according to your videos to get everything as close as possible to your setup.
Thanks!

hi bruce
even though i feel it stronger, the effects are still subtle...the optical distortions are more pronounced...the fact that these distortions can be seen means to me that it should be able to be imaged in some way.....with schlieren, the air must move to get that type of image... many people have seen this energy...i am setting up a UV pin hole light source as well as the IR...anyway bruce, my device weighs about 5 lbs...i would like a few days for more testing...i dont know how you want to work it out with the postage....let me know...david

I sent you a PM with the info. I will only keep it for a preset time before mailing it off to the next person you would like to have view it.
Cheers,
Bruce

Dave - why do you think the zinc is required on that piping? I've been trying to find out more about it's properties. This is the best I could come up with.
SpringerLink - Journal Article
Hope that's the right link. It shouldn't be needed but it is? I can't work it out.
We're nearly finished building some of our appartus. Will post on this soon - hopefully towards the end of next week.

the behavoir of metals in this field is strange!...check out this vid...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFXBft8rGiU...as far the zinc..i know that it is not needed to get a magnetic lock but seems to enhance certain visual effects...thanks...david

I have just confirmed this effect using some permanent magnets and some off-the-shelf aluminum foil:
First I sandwiched the foil between a stack of magnets - no noticeable effect.
Then I took that stack and bridged two other stacks I had sitting on a transformer - effectively closing the flux loop into a PMH circuit (even though it was a square circuit and made of 3 completely different types of magnets.
Wanting to correctly identify that portion that was sandwiched between the magnets, I took some scissors and cut all the left overs away so I had a small square pinched between the cylinder magnets. This whole process took about 20 seconds.
I then separated the magnets and placed the aluminum on the desk and readily observed that it was exhibiting a magnetic attraction. Curious as to if it had become a magnet, I turned it over to see if it would be repelled - can you guess the answer?
No - it was also attracted from this side. This is clearly a strong paramagnetic response. (If it were ferromagnetic, it would retain some measure of magnetism). There is no doubt in my mind that this process does realign the molecular structure in a flexible manner to cause it to have Giant Paramagnetic response. To my knowledge, this has not be documented before, but I could be wrong on that.
Cheers!

RE Lead and trace of tin;
Based on that we did similar trials in another forum (fusor I think) about two years ago.
Lead = not radiating.
Tin = Not radiating
Zinc = not radiating.
Lead with a trace amount of Tin (0.1% weight) decay with α and β, very little
Lead with a trace amount of Zinc(0.1% weight) decay with α and β, slightly more than tin;
If we then melt the two batches together at 430 deg (99% lead, 0.05% each Tin
and Zinc) cut to 50% volume - we had increased α and β and small amounts of gamma.
We were going to repeat this experiments with other base metals like iron, aluminum and
copper but were sidetracked with using traces of amercanium-241 as activator.
The potential effects of zinc and tin as sort of radiant activator in other metals might warrant
further experiments.
In the marine industry we use tin or zinc coated copper wire - purpose is to protect the copper
from oxidation. Using this in coils I found less loss of energy - and less magnetic flux when used as winding in solenoid.
THUS my particular interest in this experiments of David here; and the complete concept
might add to my theory on gravity.Last edited by Aromaz; 06-12-2010, 02:38 AM.Therefore we need to find NEW ways, NEW experiments and NEW lines of thoughts.

Hi Harvey,
I was wondering if you might post a sketch of your aluminum foil set up, maybe a step by step. I would very much like to test this myself to see this paramagnetic response, for if it acts as you say, it may be just the what I need to act as a semi-shield on my magnetic V-gate wheel. thanks
@ David, Thanks for all your hard work here. I have been with you from post #1 and wish you the best of luck.
Thanks to all here,
Gene

I often stumble across video's of researchers "playing" with chains of neodynium balls. I own none myself. Perhaps chains would be easily put to use to copy Harvey's experiment?
One might contact such magnet fans, and just ask them to place aluminum foil "interrupting" the chain, or seperately at the center of it.
