Thanks m8 for your concern but let me be clear: These are small amounts i observed, that are not YET a serious danger to the environment of our Bay here, and for the Record, i have not claimed they were

The only point made is that they EXIST at all... which proves the government is LYING about it being in the Gulf Stream.

Back 2 months ago when they were still daily burning the highly dangerous oil/dispersant mix out at the site of the BP Gulf Disaster; that was the real danger for us here. Every day i monitored Winds Aloft direction to insure it didn't blow our way; i am glad to say for the most part, it did not (only one or two days). Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama, and Mexico were the major recipients of the lofted poisons from the burning (mostly Southerly or Easterly winds from what i noticed).

What the local Residents of the Gulf Coast had to deal with that we here did not, was also the wholesale gassing-off of the dispersant (and "oil", and "mix")... Which was quite a danger to their health. At night, both BP contracted planes, and US COAST GUARD AND AIR FORCE planes, sprayed the dispersant sometimes CLOSE TO SHORE, AND EVEN IN BAYS AND BAYOUS.. This was very dangerous for local Residents... and highly ILLEGAL. It also caused a MUCH HIGHER rate of kill-off for the wildlife. They did it anyway. This is the most serious CRIME here, besides the burning... because this endangerment was done simply to save BP money, and help hide their crimes from lawsuits. There is really no other way to spin this, and everyone else involved knows it. It is the "elephant in the room" that is being totally ignored by our Federal Prosecutors... Because they know the government is equally guilty, and if they started making Arrests, it would end at the Oval Office.

There is evidence now from eye witnesses that they ARE STILL SPRAYING THE DISPERSANT AT NIGHT, AND EVEN DOING IT CLOSE TO SHORE... despite the government's claims that they have stopped. Apparently from these witnesses... Some of the oil near shore will surface during the day. It is reported by fishermen. That night, planes are heard operating at low-level in the area. The next day, all that is seen of the oil are "bubbles". this is very damning proof of their still using Dispersants.

And this is how they are coping with the "magically disappeared" oil that is now "re-appearing"; before it becomes an "embarrassment" to their bogus claims.

Considering how the government/BP has LIED about every aspect of this, from the very first, it is no surprise they are still doing this. But it IS a CRIME; because it endangers the health of MILLIONS OF PEOPLE. Simply putting a government stamp on that does not change anything:

IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: The government, every agency, every employee.. IS SUBJECT TO THE LAW the same as every Citizen. No "national security" BULSH*T LIES could change this; and obviously there is no national security issues involved here at all.

See, we are all Scalded Frogs... Sitting in the pan not noticing how hot the water has gotten because it has been so "slow". But when we look at this situation, and all that happens objectively, it is amazing how blatantly CRIMINAL it is. We are just so used to this crap, that it is hard to notice anything out of the ordinary any more lol.

BUT THE LAW STILL EXISTS... "selective enforcement" aside.

And if we do not see any Justice, any prosecution for these crimes... Perhaps this event is the PERFECT time for VIGILANTE JUSTICE... Citizens arrests and Trials of the BP criminals.

When the government is so corrupt, that they have joined in with the Racketeers to break the Law: This is not only our Right as Citizens, but there can be a strong argument made, that it is actually our Duty to do so.

Think about this: Such Vigilantes seeking Justice where none is, could not be plausibly arrested for Sedition if the Vigilante group was about seeing Justice done against A CORPORATION. Trials for "kidnapping", "destruction of property", and other crimes could be possible, however (should the vigilantes actually do them)....

But the thing to remember here is this: Would a JURY of Gulf residents convict people who are trying to see Justice where no one else would? Will the only people who ever go to jail over this affair be those who try to see Justice done (Lol imagine the government's public relations nightmare there) ? Can the press and government spin this as "domestic terrorism", when everyone knows what the REAL situation of corruption is? It would have very bad repercussions for the present administration.

Would such a non-violent but "active" Movement for Truth and Justice, using the tactics of Citizens Arrests and Citizens Trials, have far-reaching possibilities for Restoring the Rule of Law in this nation, in general? Once people started thinking about this Concept... Would it force the government to be less corrupt, and start to properly Prosecute corporate and financial criminals again?

See, this would be a HUGE problem for the government; who is "bare naked" here for these crimes in the Gulf with no plausible answers except Corruption. They could not openly support the corruption and crimes they have been a part of. Publicizing the Vigilantes by Arresting them only brings to light these crimes and the reason for the group's existence in the first place. They would have a choice: Admit to being a part of POISONING millions in a terrible Crime Against Humanity; or just allowing the Citizens to get Justice their own way, and/or perhaps cutting a deal behind the scenes to get real Prosecutions of BP and a hand-full of government "sacrificial sheep" (such as the head of NOAA and Coast Guard) to make the Vigilantes go away (the most likely result... imo).

And see, this can ALSO happen simply BY THREAT. The Vigilantes will not need to actually make any "Citizen's Arrests" if this is done right: Just their existence will do the trick if enough people hear about it... as the government cannot afford the even greater publicity if the US national media is FORCED to report on it, and thus all the underlying reasons of allowing MILLIONS to be put at grave health risk to protect CRIMINALS' profits.

Their only other choice would be to SECRETLY arrest the Vigilantes. And that could lead to something much worse for them in the end.

I have been interviewing family and friends who live along the Gulf of Mexico coast in Louisiana and Mississippi. Many of them had been working on shrimp boats before May 1, 2010 and a cousin is a shrimp boat owner. I have also spoken at length with two RN's working at a Gulf coast Emergency Room and an Emergency Clinic who are close family friends. I am basing what follows on their observations and knowledge along with my own personal research.

A cousin who owns his own shrimp boat was hired by BP to assist with oil boom and cleanup operations. Other family members were also hired and have been his crew while undertaking BP boom and cleanup assistance operations. They were all forced to sign agreements not to publicly speak about their work or anything about BP operations. Their legal agreements do not mention anything about speaking openly to their families.

Here is another article from a website called "Washington's Blog" that quotes dozens of fishermen and shrimpers in the Gulf that are finding oil in all of the off-shore waters that have been re-opened for fishing.

This woman, head of the NOAA, is an obvious and blatant LIAR (specifically in her claims that this is not a health risk), and her part in the Conspiracy to put millions of local residents, and sea food eaters around the country, at great health risk cannot and will not be ignored.

When people in a 6-state area are put at extreme health risk by the ILLEGAL dumping, and burning, of highly toxic chemicals... Just to save a corporation liability and money.... People are going to go to prison. Even in this corporate-owned country. This is because this one is "different"... It has become "instinctual", about life and death. It's not going to go away.. Not for decades.

Her name is Dr. Jane Lubchenco, and i am calling her out as a criminal; and i intend to work towards seeing her Prosecuted for Conspiracy & graft/corruption charges for publicly making known-false statements that greatly put at risk the health of millions. Of course it is unlikely to happen (because essentially the Subpoenas would have to end at the Oval Office), but that is not the point of such endeavors: It is to raise awareness for the blatant and criminal corruption that is destroying this nation.. and planet. And even if not prosecuted, she would be seen as being completely and DANGEROUSLY incompetent, and will never hold a high position again.

And we will do this, to help remind people WE DO HAVE A VOICE, if we choose to use it. For some reason, we the People have forgotten this. It is time to remember it now.... this event is tailor-made and perfect for re-awakening the spirit of speaking out: As never before have we seen such blatant and open evidence of corruption, from every aspect, as we have seen since Day 1. I think the only way to stop the "midnight spraying" of dispersant that IS continuing, may be to go out there on the water and stop those a-holes physically...

Such scumbag mercenaries have NO legal rights, they are NOT "law enforcement" AT ALL. Essentially, at sea they are Pirates under the law. Their deliberate ILLEGAL POLLUTION of the water is enough to get them stopped under Citizens' Arrest (and in the a REAL WORLD, thrown in prison for 10 years)... And their MP5 machine pistols wont help them when 20 boats surround them. Ever see what a 30-30 does to a fiberglass hull at the waterline? Utterly shatters it. Putting 2 into the same general area, is like blowing a 1 meter wide hole. Boat sinks in minutes. "Bad ass" blackwater mercs floating in the water like turds.

Oops... not the Iraqi cities with dis-armed and helpless civilians to molest and wantonly kill, is it? The shore is that way. Start swimming. Oh, you just polluted the water? Means you will die a horrible death from breathing the dispersant... just like the wildlife and the residents you put at risk.

If they continue this open illegality, i believe exactly this will happen... The people who live there are pretty friggin tired of this.

Seems a few submarines (French, German & US) had bit of a skirmish or such thing.. Then it just starts to get weird..

I'm of the opinion that there is much more going on out there than what is reported.

The Media has gone silent on reporting anything happening or not. Its just like the event is all over, nothing to worry about, its all just fine now.. Nothing to report then.. ? At least on the Australian Television Media Stations..
