That's John Watham by the way. His videos from a private plane are the best LEGAL EVIDENCE seen of the widespread destruction... And in fact without them, there would literally BE NO PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AT ALL for much of it, since BP (through the government) ordered that it NOT be recorded and reported on ....
He stated that JUST FROM FLYING OVER the gulf at several thousand feet, he and the other people in the plane were often physically sickened from the fumes for several days. When they landed, the plane's surfaces were covered by an oily substance. They had the plane's interior ventilation filters analyzed and this data will be LEGAL EVIDENCE some day as well. .. In the Criminal Court Trials THAT WILL COME, when the news of area residents sadly being sickened grows and breaks out into the mainstream. Eventually the MSM will have no choice but report on the thousands who will be sick at the national level... because 10's of millions all over the world will know about it anyway.
Anatoly Sagalevich has added his voice to the latest controversy over the BP
ecological catastrophe in the Gulf of Mexico. This expert from the Russian
Academy of Science was called to the Gulf by BP shortly after the Deepwater
Horizon rig collapsed. And what he has to say is not very reassuring.
Dr. Sagalevich's report was drawn up and presented to Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin. In this report, the investigator from the Shirshov Institute of
Oceanology and the Russian Academy of Science has stated that the ocean floor
has been irreparably damaged and that the planet must prepare for an ecological
disaster "beyond all understanding".
The reason why Dr. Sagalevich was called by BP is because he is the leading
world expert in deepwater exploration, having been awarded the order of Lenin
for the creation of the submersibles MIR-1 and MIR-2, which are capable of
diving to a depth of 6 km, the deepest-reaching submarines in the world.
For Dr. Sagalevich, the oil pouring into the Gulf is not just coming from one
source, as the media have been claiming, but fro 18 different places. According
to the report, the Russian scientists called by the USA are forbidden to divulge
their findings to the media – yet another source backing up the claim that there
is a media blackout.
According to a report, Russian experts are pressing the Americans to use a
nuclear explosion to extinguish the well, before it destroys the Atlantic Ocean.
The USSR apparently used nuclear explosions five times (being successful on four
of these occasions) to extinguish problematic oil and gas deposits between 1966
and 1981.
For Dr. Sagalevich, the problem facing the Obama administration as regards using
a nuclear explosion to seal the well has more to do with the effects on the
continued exploration of oil in the Gulf of Mexico than the environmental impact
of the Deepwater disaster.
Russian scientists are also warning against the use of the poisonous dispersing
agents by BP against the oil, due to the fact that this falls elsewhere as acid
rain and is destroying all the plant life it comes into contact with.
SCIENCE BLACK-OUT TO BEGIN
If you didn't catch it, Thad Allen, disaster incident commander for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill response let it slip in his August 18 interview with CNN that all future science with regard to the disaster will be, coordinated under one umbrella held by NOAA administrator Jane Lubchenco.
The importance of this announcement coming in the mix of conversation with CNN (time 5:07), was, apparently, lost on CNN themselves who haven't followed up.
This is what it looks like. NO, this is not a parking lot. It is a section of river covered in dead fish. The dead fish include pogies, redfish, drum, crabs, shrimp and freshwater eels. Essentially, everything that used to be alive in the river!
(September 15, 2010) This story and photo was just reported on the NBC Nightly News. The reporter, Brian Williams, said that this was not caused by the BP Spill, but by a low tide that trapped all of these fish in a shallow channel, where they ran out of oxygen. He also said that mass fish kills like this happen in this area on a periodic basis.
And this is over Water, not sure, if someone will see, how it looks like under water.
I assume, that is not only the Oil but the Emulsifier also what they did use.
At the German Radio, they brought 1 Min of News from the latest Insights from the Valve, what did breake,
and that it is a Fault also from some Sub-companys, not only Bp,
typical Misinformations.
And after that a biig Report about a Formula1 Race from 5 Minutes.
Theorizer are like High Voltage. A lot hot Air with no Power behind but they are the dead of applied Work and Ideas.

Will we ever really know what happened?
Peter
We Need independent auditing for policing and security out side of government and corporations much like in the Free energy scene. ridiculous!!! some one should test the fish and water.
This link will give you a different perspective on the spill. I'm not saying its the right perspective however, things do seem to make more sense when you consider it.
That only works in inland and protected waters. There is generally, a 3 or 4 foot chop or rollers going on at nearly any time out at sea, this is not good for algae growth.
What has been going lately, is some very damning evidence of corruption by the U.S. government to hide their lies in support of BP. We have seen:
> Claims of "National Security" in stopping independent scientists (including some Tenured from Texas A&M who wanted to take water samples and were stopped from doing so).
> Claims that it is "illegal" to take seawater or rainwater samples, without an expressly given "Permit" from the Federal government. Lawyers hired by the government have been calling and intimidating independent scientists.
> Claims that it is illegal to dig in the sand of public beaches for any reason, and also to dig if specifically looking for "petroleum product"... when obvious proof exists of oil still in large quantities only inches below the surface.
> The U.S. FDA sent letters to all the commercial testing labs asking them to NOT ACCEPT any samples of seawater or rainwater from the Gulf area, if they come from private citizens.
> Recently a U.S. Geological Survey whistleblower has come forward with evidence that the USGS deliberately LIED about the amount of oil that was gushing before it was capped... By an factor of FIVE.
> Obviously "Oiled" Blue Craps that had just been caught in the Gulf, were refused to be tested by Louisiana State Fish and Wildlife agents (the local agents were willing, but their Supervisor told them not to).
Once, a group of scientists who had just taken samples of water with a large amount of oil/dispersant in it, where stopped on land when they returned to dock by a government agent who demanded they turn over their samples.... They refused, and the agent backed down and DID NOT arrest them as he had just threatened to do. Obviously, these claims of it being illegal, are intimidation tactics.
I agree about the corruption and somewhat about the algae farm too. the trouble here is that the people running things always create a problem AND offer the solution.
"never let a disaster go to waste"
If this was an accident or even if it wasn't, they seem to be letting this one go to waste... and it's the biggest one yet??
May be we have now come to the point where they can "almost" directly kill thousands of Americans without too much concern for the backlash.
