We know that large businesses and corrupt governments actively suppress technologies and research activities which could liberate humanity from modern financial (and economic), mental (propaganda) and military slavery.
Before Internet era research carried out by lone enthusiasts was very inefficient because of lack of resources (information, equipment, materials, research force (usually only one person) and time). Everyone was isolated and nearly completely blocked with suppression from official science and own small resources. Even such geniuses like Tesla had their greatest inventions stolen and suppressed.
With help of Internet and forums (like this one) lone researchers were able to unite, gain access to independent information, exchange with "unofficial" ideas (not published in official magazines) and start coordination of their research. This allowed significant increase in the efficiency and has lead to some research results.
But there are still some drawbacks. Only few people are actively experimenting while majority is passive and only discussing ideas (ideas are useless without experiments). Those few enthusiasts are united on the level of information (exchange with knowledge and ideas) but separated in terms of resources - each of them has limited equipment, materials, usually work alone and can devote only small part of their time to the research and experiments.
Therefore there is a proposition for the NEXT STEP. We need to unite our resources (money, equipment, workforce and time) and increase intensity of research activities by several orders of magnitude.
How to achieve this? We will write (or integrate existing forums, chats, etc.) simple web-based open source IT system which will
1) allow public discussion of research direction (multilanguage - chat or forum with auto translation between languages)
2) allow collection of donations and transparent view of spending
3) allow voting for temporary research coordinator election and withdraw (because any activity needs a person-coordinator)
4) allow voting for decisions on experiments direction and spending
5) voting should be based on donation size (and possibly on expertise of participant)
6) all experimental work and results should be videotaped (and possibly broadcasted live) and made available publicly for discussion among all participants
7) by means of money and equipment donation we will be able to establish well equipped research facility (just need any small room with equipment, web camera and good internet connection)
8 ) by means of accumulated donations into noticeable budget we will be able to pay to person (or team) carrying out research experiments. And this person (or team) can devote ALL their time to experiments. Researchers will do experiments what community decided and will communicate with coordinator in real-time visibly for everyone.
9) research facility and researcher (or team) can be established in low-wage country. People there will get job and income. And Humanity will get results with small budget. Researchers can be just average specialists in required field - they just need to implement required experiments under guidance of coordinator.
10) donators will see details of their money spending, will see process of work, will see results, will be able to participate in research decisions. Therefore donation flow will be greatly stimulated.
11) many passive people will be able to participate and help with their donations and equipment
12) open source software, public availability of results, ability to establish such research centers in any country will make research suppression impossible
13) there is no limit on number of such research centers, there is no limit on resources in each center. If research is interesting and important and many donations are made - they can hire any number of researchers and equip them with best materials and instruments. Research can be carried out 24 hours per day 7 days a week with at least 3 researchers (for them to have time for sleep) controlled by 3 coordinators from different countries and community around the Globe (only people present online vote and make decisions). This will allow 3 times more efficient use of time, equipment and facility.
14) It is rather easy to create new centers - gather participants, accumulate initial budget, rent facility, get equipment (buy, receive from donators, rent), hire researchers and start research.
