jibbguy, good summary of what to trust and the way things really are. It's outrageous what is being done in medical related fields in the name of money and corporate profits.
My opinion on cell phone use:
1. Use as little as possible
2. Avoid Bluetooth devices totally
3. If you need to use the phone I think it's best to use the older wired in type over the ear sets with a earphone/mike and keep the phone far away from your head. These typically had a 3 or 4 foot cord on them. By keeping the antenna away from your head as well as the electronics you will greatly reduce the EMF.
4. If you can't do #3 then try to use a speaker phone on your cell phone and hold it away as far as possible. Most cell phones have very sensitive microphones built in so it should not be a problem for others to hear you.
