May I ask important question for me maybe a bit offtopic (but maybe not) ?
Let's assume that we would have Don Smith circuit working but the output is high frequency but also too high voltage. Can we still charge capacitors using some clever ideas ? Resistor divider ? Transil diode across capacitor ?
Any ideas ?
