Hard to say without more info, and I am only partially informed.
But, any company or group, or whatever who has an OU device and wishes to give this to the world for use, will understand that the energy cartel is the huge obstacle.
They don't want any energy device that they don't have a meter on and will not extract money from the use of.
So the only real strategy for those who wish to give the world an energy device without losing their lives in so doing is to do it as open source and free, done in such a way that no-one else can take it and patent it or in any way control it.
Then it really is "FREE-ENERGY", otherwise it is just a new mode of the same old sh#@.
License fees.......... ....come-on. that is for money mongers and control freaks.
True free-energy people will stand for none of that.

Im not here to comment on the validity of his claims, because I havent built or tested one thoroughly. And quite frankly, unless you have yourself, Im not inclined to hold anything you have to say about it in high regard. And Im not even a fan of ORBO that much. But I reserve my judgement until I see solid test data proving the concepts.

i think that is wrong!

if you open source it, you will give the power to the goverment (that is a puppet of the "corporation") to continue to explore people for something that should be free for all the humankind!

or in other way, some will arrange a way to patent your technology and erase all the data of your "open source" and make money of it!

share to all world after submiting pe-patent? yeah, i agree, that will protect the discoverer, not inventor, from retaliation!

but the low profit from the sell of energy devices should be managed by a public org, with public accounts so that funds will be used to end poverty and hunger and to establish world peace in the world!

Its exactly the inverse, to make a OU device ready to market you need money and ALOT of money to make it approved and again ALOT of money to pay the real research and able to have the equipment needed.When you spend 10 year of your life on something, you want it in the market so everybody will be able to buy it and in same time you make money to pay all the WORK you have done.Real thing never come free.

Money is just as controlled by cartels as energy is, and is just as corrupt. If all the major world currencies start collapsing because keynsian theory is simply not sustainable, what are licensing fees worth then? Personally I believe free energy is not difficult to harness, just difficult to engineer since algebra seems inadequate to describe transients and nobody actually understands what electricity and matter actually are.

Compound interest is an exponential function. It may take a long time to reach the curve in the hockey stick, but look at a graph of us currency and you will see we already have.

Money means nothing in a world of free energy, why work for future gains which will not actually bring anything of value? We will need a new medium of value exchange, it will probably look similar to current money, but it won't be under fiat control of government simply by decree.

I believe, work for what your heart tells you right now, not the projection of some imagined future.

So it is ok to make a scientific observation and then keep that secret and charge a licensing fee for making that observation. What kind of crap is that? If it is a free energy device and you want it to spread faster then anyone could stifle it then why not just post it on any forum on the net? But no they are charging and putting everyone under NDA meaning keep it secret from anyone that doesn't license it from them. Thats like discovering combustion then charging for anyone to use combustion after that discovery.

This was touted as a scientific discovery but it seems that they are holding us hostage to even be able to test it without paying them for the the replication. This stinks like a scam like no other.

Here is another analogy. That would be like discovering gold then charging a fee to use that in anything. If it is based off a scientific discovery then that discovery should have been revealed for anyone to test for themselves..
