Personally I find this thought of the right or entitlement to knowledge or technology that a person has done nothing to deserve offensive.
The sole purpose of a patent is to protect the right's of the inventor and this protection is justified. As such, I believe you may have this question of integrity completely backwards, it is not the patent process, the patent office nor the inventor which lacks integrity -- it is everyone else who believes they are entitled to something for nothing.

LOOK AC I understand you believe to be this fantastic place where Dorthy lives forever and Toto can talk and the yellow brick road will stay yellow forever but....
Any man who files a patent and give all the inventions details to perfection is only asking for people to take from him freely. If in his mind that was the right to do then he should not expect that no one would build it without payment. Since when is the world "Honest" to the inventor.
The fact is no one patents anything to perfection. They purposely omit detail especially in cases where they are driving the patent for investment. Thats fact. No two ways about it.
Now you and the scarecrow can go share stories about wonderful world and how everybody is honest but while your at it go on give up that pipe thats reckoning your brain to pile of BS and start singing that song......
"If I only had a brain". Cause something wrong with the fantasy world your living in.

THE MAN WAS FISHING FOR IDIOTs!! SEND HIM SOME MONEY... YOU"LL SEE!

Let me get this straight, you are saying that if a person discloses every detail in a patent then they are basically asking people to steal their work? Why would you stop there? if you believe it is ok to steal another person's idea then why not their property as they are very similar? Do you believe it is acceptable to steal from your neighbor's or family members or do we have to draw the line with people we do not know or is it only inventors?
If memory serves me correct you offered money to see Engin's patent, wow, it may be the wisest move Engin has ever made when they turned you down.

Well I hate to inform you that you are wrong on a number of levels. The purpose of a patent is NOT to protect the inventor but rather to GRANT to the inventor a time-limited monopoly on his/her invention (a thing - not an idea) for the purposes of capitalizing on it. That is, to make it 'real', to manufacture it and add to the scope of technology and while in the process perhaps providing and creating new jobs and careers, boosting economies and promoting the general health, safety and welfare (however the latter might call inventions of war into question). In fact, if you search you will find that when a patent expires, you CANNOT simply 'renew' it. The RARE conditions under which a patent may be renewed is if its renewal would tend to SERVE AND PROMOTE the general "health, safety and welfare".

Furthermore, you CANNOT 'sit' on a patent for the sake of keeping it from its intended use (out of spite or otherwise). This is more of a general rule and claims that the auto makers have engaged in the practice(s) of buying up those "ONE HUNDRED MPG CARBURETOR" inventions is, of course, total BS !

If you have a patented invention that has TRUE utility and you choose to simply SIT ON IT, you can be dragged into court by any enterprising entrepreneur who may have even offered you a fair price or perhaps a royalty, and that you refused, and the judge will find in favor of the entrepreneur and you will LOSE YOUR RIGHTS TO YOUR OWN INVENTION ... FOREVER !

So, being issued a patent carries with it REAL RESPONSIBILITIES ... to follow through, perfect, produce and distribute your invention for a multitude of benefits and rewards. It's sad that MOST inventions are pretty much PIPE-DREAMS amounting to little more than just CRAP ... sad but true.

A patent does NOT amount to a free lunch or 'instant' wealth. As a matter of fact, it often results in frustration and poverty. Well, there it is. Have a nice day.

              Patents and FE device...

When people gonna learn. They have been 1023208303980 patents yet not a commercial device around. Making +1 patent for protection of rights and renumeration is just going towards supression full speed. This is stupidity at its best.

The solution is simple. Go puplic and perhaps you be compansated by fame and donations. Go patent style and leave a mystery behind...

                "remuneration" not "renumeration".

Question: How many replications from public disclosure(s) have resulted in success? Answer: NONE ! Why suppress technologies that don't work ? There are NO Bedini systems, NO Newman systems, NO ORBO systems, NO Tesla systems, NO 'other' systems based on any alternative technologies ANYWHERE!

If you simply disclose publicly, someone else ... maybe a government will lay claim to your technology and patent it. ONLY a patent can be defended using the rule of law. Law is the only universal concept applicable world-wide. If someone/thing like a government wants to 'take' something from you, just like with eminent domain, there is compensation, and if 'security' is involved, there are non-disclosures and other 'sensible' mechanisms involved.

What's with everyone. Free energy has already been de-centralized in the form of Solar and other 'proven' technologies. PV + Batteries = independence. There are other maturing technologies that are already here and have been 'here' for quite a while.

                  neutrino shield

I know this belongs in some other thread, but I can't find the right one and the following does not warrant its own thread. Someone please point me to the right thread ... thanks.

This is an old IDEA. Some folks believe that gravity results from "neutrino shade". That is to say, neutrinos easily pass through things, but not all pass without interaction ... most do though. Those that do NOT have an effect of producing a 'pressure' having a magnitude caused by the projected area of the object (a planet) "slowing/scattering" the neutrinos. Since neutrinos seem to come from every direction they produce an effect between small and large bodies and of different masses, etc. Someone has a standing theory on this and proved that the 'math' supports this concept.

I have an article from an old Ryan Aeronautical publication in which it accounts a demonstration showing 'gravity shielding'. Well, there is your gravity wheel. It could be that some future material, yet to be discovered, could provide endless clean de-centralized energy. What would likely also be realized is that there would be no thermo' violations ... probably because we would understand MORE about thermo'.

Anyway, the latter is a good 'search' topic.

My friend, I think everyone here knows the rule of law has been subverted. Their is no justice in the legal profession. If you want to protect your invention, write up a Common Law copywrite notice.

Why do you think Governments are trying so hard to push 'green' technologies like solar power? Do you actually still think they are doing it for the betterment of man kind????

Its all about the power of control.

                          As for first:
Of course the rule of law has been subverted ... horribly in fact. But, when there is a court ruling, the ruling is enforced, and the enforcement does NOT always stay on the 'Civil Law' level. If there is forceful objection then it goes on to the criminal level and then to criminal enforcement and "THEY" (pin-head police) officers have all of the guns ... who shoot first and ask questions later ... just like good little soldiers all. I was just saying it the way it's supposed to be

                          As for second:
Again ... of course, DUHHH !. I installed PV for some years. Even the utilities tried to charge the customer an "EXIT FEE" for installing a net metering system on their home ... 'cause they wouldn't be makin' as much $ off of them no more ... WTF ! BP is one of the bigger manufacturers of PV panels. Look at how OBAMA (traitor) has kowtowed to the BP turds as well as all of the other ant-American, third world, dump heap countries.

I can tell you this - if you are connected to the grid in any way, you will ALWAYS be subject to the regulations the utilities are subject to ... these regulations (controls) flow downhill as you know. If you are 'OFF" the grid, not much can be done to control you, except that you are still connected to the 'controls' via other anchors such as property taxes. They will always find or 'create' a loophole to quash your (our) freedoms. You, me, everyone will soon need a 'permit to work' ... just watch.

As far as free energy goes, I'm sure that if systems were available (other than the conventionals ie, solar, wind, etc.), I am sure the State, Local & Feds would set up an agency to 'spot' and 'report' anyone that might have lights on in the their house at night but aren't using energy from the 'SANCTIONED LIST OF ENERGY SOURCES'.

Just like with the global warming scam wherein the data from ONLY HOT SPOTS was used to generate the data used in the famous report with 'famous hockey stick' and MUCH of that data came from remote stations located at or near the exhaust of furnaces & air conditioners and also asphalt parking lots ! NONE CAME FROM THE MOUNTAIN AND COLD SOURCES ... THEY WE EXCLUDED. Only stations from populated areas were used and those were of course areas with buildings, parking lots, industry, transportation ... COASTAL-INLAND REGIONS ... THESE PLACES ARE HOTTER ! ! !

By this way of doing things, they would have some under-the-table-paid misfit scientist provide unsubstantiated documentation that 'definitively' classifies ALL ZPE and similar energy sources as 'disruptive' to normal communications, emergency and military communications, hospital equipment, and AS a POSSIBLE CAUSE OF CANCER.

My original response was merely academic, not actual. As you can see, a stand on my true beliefs could get me in trouble if I keep going ... but that is REALLY what the First Amendment is ACTUALLY for ... to protect me from being punished in any way for speaking out against the government. Raspberries on you Big "O"

                          Greg

I shouldn't have to explain this but for your benefit I will. Engin came to this forum and simply stated he has a device based on Tesla's work and that he was looking for Mr.Korff and funding. At which point your response was---

I am willing to bet there no patent. He probably doesn't have enough BS in him to follow through with anything more than the original statement.'
Simple Nigerien Scam. (Thats the Feds name for it)
Essentially you have called him a liar, a cheat, a BS'er and a scammer with no justification whatsoever, you have completely twisted the intent of his post. In response Engin stated---
Unfortunately there are no people in this forum with standards. I was looking for an investor to buy a percentage of the patent and was asking for Mr. Korff. Thank you for his Information.
At this point Engin simply simply restated his initial intent which you had completely twisted for unknown reasons and thanked people for information and left.

On the other hand when I twisted the intent of your posts ----
Let me get this straight, you are saying that if a person discloses every detail in a patent then they are basically asking people to steal their work? Why would you stop there? if you believe it is ok to steal another person's idea then why not their property as they are very similar? When I twisted your intent in the nearly the same way as you twisted Engin's intent your responses are quite different.
--give up that pipe thats reckoning your brain to pile of BS
                              --I didn't say me idiot
                              --Grow up fool
--Cause something wrong with the fantasy world your living in.
As well you insinuate that I may be delusional and mentally disturbed and in need of medication for no other reason than I do not agree with your point of view. Can you imagine what our world would be like or where we would be if everyone acted as you have in your responses? This is not a playground for you to belittle people and throw false accusations around with no consideration nor respect for others. There are codes of conduct as well as common courtesy which I would suggest you review.
I should also state that my intent was not to defend Engin but moreso to point out that the rude and unjustified attacks towards him are unacceptable behavior.

                              Regards
