Now, about this guy... Engin, or whoever it is... let me bring my opinion about him:
I am curios and obviously I do searches related to "free energy" devices on youtube or google and actually, I do it pretty often. I saw that video with the turkish guy and that "Korff"... for me that looks scam from every angle you might look. Now, if that "Korff" claims to give funds to anyone who might invent a "free source" of energy, why not, you, as a person full of ideas, who might thought it could invent one of such "devices", not trying to contact this "angel".

I know for sure he lies about the patent, as far as I know, no patent office offer a patent for a non-working device and by submitting only parts of it it is equal with zero for everyone who might be interested to invest... just saying... from my point of view... I might be wrong so please correct me.

About Patents...

Patents are BS...Nothing could be ever built/replicated from scratch based on "A Patent Guidance", Images, Claims, description of :"Preferred Embodiments", "Prior Art" and all the Legal bla,bla,bla...only leads to build a Patent based on "The Most General Concepts" as Inventor could Ever Make out of His Explanation....and the "More General" the best 'Protection' Inventor gets. Period.
That is the Law...the "Main Principle" that rules, Patent Lawyers MUST Abide those rules...to 'Protect' A Patent...and it is done through "Their Claims".
Claims get into a "Legal Recitation" over and over the same BS...minimizing its content from one to other...till there is the "minimum possible wordings"...Legal Traps.

For an Inventor to 'defend' a Copy Cat, an Infringement of "His Intellectual Protection of Property"...or even to defend His Right to get a Patent granted...the Legal fight that would have to go through...This poor guy will need to sell his house...or whatever large sum represents...in order to spend all the "U.S Legal Tender BS Notes" on the case (See the Joseph Newman Vs USPTO in the Denial Case)...had to end in Johannesburg to get a Patent...

No Private Institution, Corporation LLC, etc,etc -except Government Agencies- could ever take you to Court , just because You denied to "make a Good Business" out of Your Patent by not accepting to "Negotiate" with ANY Private Entity...If this get to ever occur...may as well raise our hands to salute the "Fuhrer"..welcome back to Nazi/Fascism...

The "Bosses Boss" of the Prime Chief USPTO Examiner's Office are Two US Agencies:

1-DoD (Dept. of Defense)
2-DoE (Dept. of Energy.

This guys will "Search, Prosecute, Hunt and Execute" ANY Invention(s) that could "Represent" a Threat to National Security...How do that "Judgement Call" Works?...simple...just a Tire that never goes Flat...A Battery that does not need ever to be recharged...and so on...the list behind is a Book of several chapters.

DoD or DoE could be "interested" in anything of a superb quality...in effectiveness or performance, any application field...no matter IF that invention will benefit Humanity...BS...it Will never happen....They need it, in order to keep fighting Middle East Oil based Countries...to keep extracting BS Stinking and Lethal OIL...to keep burning on and on in their Farting Machines...that's actually the National Security "THEY ALL" Protect...

The USPTO or its "Above Top Level Agencies" , the Highest Hierarchy Ranks does NOT need to pay even a rusty copper penny for your Invention, IF they think it could be of "Their Interest"...They used to make a Ridiculous "Estimated Market Value" (How in the heck could you "market value" something that have never gotten to the Market?!)...and they used to send check to Inventor along with a Letter Form...Inventor does not require to even cash that check...Patent is Seized...

And IF the Inventor gets "upset" by this Government Legal Action...and decides to "Disclose" His/Her "Protected Idea"... Publicly...write a book detailing it...or try to do whatever form of disclosure to any other entity not being those Govt Agencies...Oh Boy...

Read about the 1953 established "Inventor Secrecy Act"...there you will see the punishments...He will be liable for...and this is Federal...yes, Federal not like Federal Reserve...that ain't but as private as Federal Express...

This are International Laws as well, enforced through "Another BS" legality to "enforce" US "laws" across the Ocean...Welcome to the PCT...
The Patent Commonwealth Treaty (PCT) allows "agents" from US Territory through their Affiliated Country Embassies to enforce ANY Invention that could mean a ...World Security Threat...yes not "National" anymore...

You could even find Patents on UFO's...Alien's VTOL look alike machines that seems to be painted by my Grand Daughter...

Magnet Permanent Machines?...Free Energy Generators?...There is a HUGE List of them all over the Official Gazette "The Journal Paper of the USPTO...

Why they are there?....

Just because NONE of them work...and THEY know it...so they "Grant Patent and Publish it"...Entertainment may We call this?...some kind of Hollywood Sci Fi Steven Spielberg style?...maybe.

But at same token all this Pathetic Patents "prove" THEY DO are trying to help Inventors to Protect something Physics says it don't work...then they are "Not so Mean after all"...right?
Plus THEY prove Physics was right...

You can not "sell" a Patent...You sell its Claims.
You can "Assign" a Patent...
You can "License" the use of a Patent...through an Assignee "Middle Man" Corporation or Entity...who you "may" trust?...LOL

Make Your Own Corp...Assign Your own Patent then License it...the way to go IF you are going the "Legal Ways". Still You will NOT have ANY, but ANY Protection...IF Government finds "Interest" on it...you are done then.

Patents are the worst Scam ever...to keep Us ALL, slaves of just One Energy Source...up to now.

Patents may "work" when someone invents "something" marketable...like those Supermarket Plastic Bags with their racks... or for the idea to install a "Luggage Rack Carrier" in every vehicle, whether in the roof or deck lid...etc,etc...then you may get some big $$$ for it...

I met the two Inventors who patented those two "Items" I posted above...and yes they are Millionaires...

Now, when it comes to an FE Device or something even close to...need to read a bit more about the History behind...it does not have the same "American Dream" Destiny...but the American Nightmare Final Destination.
