I want to find out how to import and sell this modular house in but everyone in my life are morons who think I am an imbecile and moron.

I am on S.S.I. for 'mental problems' but Isaak Newton had 'mental problem'. So financially it is impossible for me to even start an forward progress on this.

I saw this a while ago and really liked the concept. But then I looked up prices and found that these would cost as much as an equivalent standard built house:

This is quite surprising. The house is mostly modular and prefabbed at the company. Material wise you'd think that a "styrofoam" house would be much cheaper than bricks, cement and steel. Labor wise it's said to be built in one day. So either there's a big thing I'm missing or this company is making use of its monopolistic situation to make huge profit margins until "competition" catches up.

This is why I hate the current capitalistic system. It's based on greed instead of the well being of mankind and the planet.

However this is a ready applicable technology in the same period I found something that's still far from being available. An Italian engineer made a huge 3d printer that can print large structures, like houses. What I like most about this is that the building material is raw sand and some inorganic binder.

I think the price is a quite a bit cheaper than a home in my area. Which is New Jersey also the energy savings and safety benefits and worth the unconventional shape.

I was in touch with these people last year with a similar notion.

Got an invite to come to Japan and check out their plant and the village.

Very nice idea.
But to get a license is expensive and they prefer to actually sell you a plant to manufacture, so you really have to have your ducks in a row and some serious financial backing or else don't bother.

So you would need to hook up with a developer with land who likes the idea as well who would be prepared to invest a lot of money into developing an area based on this idea, and it would need the approval of the gov't housing authority to comply with codes and that part you need to do on your own (they will provide some assistance though, but not financial, just technical).

This speculation idea could then be used to launch a nationwide advertising program to get more customers which you would need to keep your license which is dependent on sales volume.

So it would be far simpler to just develop your own designs based on this technology and then do it yourself...with of course, some financial backing to support the project and then you cut out the whole license expense part.

And it doesn't take much for alteration to avoid a patent violation lawsuit.
