  • Wont to save gas? Why not take advange of waste oil?

Go to gulf of Mexico with a bucket or visit local garage.
    Obtain FREE waste oil.

    Oil Moonshine...

The thing would be to look out for all the additives BP has dumped in to disperse the oil.

But I do agree, the oil spill is a terrific place to setup a refinery. No oil shortage there.
    See my experiments here...

You do not have to prove something for it to be true. However, you do have to prove something for others to believe it true.

      truth is

Get any hydrocarbon hot enough it will burn clean.

OK. Probably only good for old school engines. Havent tried it on a computer controlled engine. But if u want to save serious amount of gasoline via free waste oil, Buy some cheap brake line, coil it, slice into yor exhaust close to manifold, 3 cuts, bend it back, insert coil, MIG it or goop it with exhaust putty and hose clamps if u dont have a welder.
U now have a reactor capable of vaporizing waste oil via exhaust heat.
Easy science. Heat makes **** burn!!!!!!!!
Now u can lean out the mixture screw save $$$$$ and have extra cash to spend on things that matter.

OK. YEP. Still works. Up to 80% fuel save so far. Working on hot air intake system to run 100% waste oil.

Interesting, but do those 80% fuel shaving come just from leaning the fuel mixture, aside from waste oil vapor?

Of course.. Thats the whole point . The oil vapor balances the mixture. So vehicle runs the same...Waste oil is loaded with hydrocarbons. My mix screw is fully screwed in. Its easy. No reason not to take advantage.

Ok. I ask because mine is very limited. Only change the mixture of low to mid rpm, even then only a little. I can not reach the mid to high and the idle.

Do you experience higher idle rpm? or increased power?

Why wont they make use of this oil instead of wasting it. I think they can use it for some helpful purpose instead of wasting it. According to me if they try they can make something with that oil.

Found an easier way to do this. And dirt cheap as well. Can use the metal tubing from an old refrigerator and a lawnmower gas tank with an adjustable tap. Or else thin copper tube, metal brake/fuel line.

Coil the tube around the hottest part of the exhaust you can get to. One end goes to mower gas tank tap (can use rubber tube to connect) the other feeds into the heat pipe (the usually aluminum concertina tube between the exhaust manifold heat shield and the air cleaner).
Fill the tank with free waste oil and adjust the tap until you have a slow drip onto the heat shield.

When the engine heats up this oil is preheated in the coil and vaporized on the heat shield and resulting hydrocarbons pulled into the air cleaner via the heat pipe.

The idle will increase on a carburetor engine so need a mixture screw, idle tuning. On computer controlled injection engine I haven't tried yet but I cant see any reason why the engine management system will not adjust to suit.

This is undoubtedly the easiest and most common sense and EFFECTIVE fuel saving device I have ever built.
This is a basic set up that anyone with a bit of mechanical knowledge can reproduce for their vehicle, see the benefits and than improve on the design from there.

No power gain Sucayo but you will save a lot of gas. Most engines are tuned for maximum efficiency at 3000rpm. Easy way is to get someone to hold throttle at that speed and adjust mix till u see black smoke. Than turn screw in full turn. Works well.

What you describe is already implemented and mentioned to have 50% more mileage in Indonesia. I just found it . Here:
                      http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...ead.php?t=6252

It work by vaporizing some small part of the fuel but I don't see why it won't work for other hydro source too.

There you go...incredibly simple. The Indonesians are on the right track.
I believe it is possible to run any petrol vehicle/generator on waste oil/vege oil/kerosene basically any fluid containing hydrocarbons with proper fuel vaporization and tuning. I'm building an inverter powered induction heater at the moment to eliminate the need for gasoline start up entirely.
With a diesel engine this is insanely easy. I only wish I had one.
What are u testing your set up on Sucayo?

Won't heater increase mileage too? I am not experimenting with boost that require altering now. I only experimenting with passive magnet like booster which seems to work better than magnet. Felt like 25% increase but will do more experiment before posting result.

There is reseller of that fuel reactor kit near my place. I intend to install it to my bike or car sometime in the future.

Only if running off vehicle charging system. But will be only needed for start up purpose. Once engine is hot switch off to benefit from exhaust heat.
Regardless.... mileage don't matter if fuel source is free?

A passive magnet you say? How does this work?
