This proven technology has been available since as far back as the 1950's! The emphasis here for the west is on the statement "SAVING TAX PAYERS MONEY" and preventing disaster.
If this technology was more wider known, it could have saved the last 10 years of deviation with regards to flooding, bush fires, drought and hurricanes. This cheap, clean non chemical process is superior to any cloud seeding or geo weather engineering program in capacity but continues to be suppressed.
