So pay attention to the elipse all ye scribblers lol… I am reminded of the slingshot effect as used by space vehicles to transfer phenomenal energy, It also brought to mind the work of Dr Prof P.T.Pappas and so although of no direct mechanical relationship you may like to cast a cursory eye over (and be reminded of) this tiny bit of his work ..( Stefan Marinov RIP). Of particular interest to me is the Lorentz force law replaced by Ampere's force law.

Where do you get those gear wheels?

Hi, they are kitchen cutting boards. I have a small CNC router and I use a program from Woodgears to draw the gears.

I mounted the pulse motor and I should be testing today.

Very nice job too. Are you getting the gear involute tooth profile from a special cutter or the CNC software?

Hi, the gear program saves the drawing as a .dxf and the CNC software generates the G code to operate the CNC.
