I have been on this forum for a couple of years now and have made a great pair of magnet wheels, but I am moving and need to clear my stuff out. I would really love to keep these, but there is no room.
The wheels are standard bicycle wheels with magnets cemented onto it, for the first one... and the second one uses fiberglass resin to secure the magnets. Very stable and secure - these magnets will not come off. Both of them are about 3 to 3.5 feet high, and have a wooden frame. The bearings are of a professional grade on one, and the other uses a standard bike bearing. They are about 25 LBS - most of it wood... If you would like the wood cut off and just want the bike wheel and magnets, that's a possibility as well.
I have used both of them extensively and they work well.
If you are able to make a trip to northern Virginia or close to DC then please respond via Private Message if you are interested in taking care of these quality handmade magnetic wheels off my hands. Shipping would be expensive so I don't think we can box them up, but they could fit (barely) in the back seat of a standard sedan, and would easily fit in a SUV or truck.
I have made a video of one of them, and I have pictures of both. Just reply and I will give them to you.
Thank you for your patience.
