Smitkin Engine

Does anyone have any information about the secrecy involving the Smitkin Engine? All i can find is the contract where a Chinese corporation, in 2009, signed a multi Million dollar agreement with the designers to build these engines. Since there was an exchange of money, and the agreement to allow a corporation to start building these motors,then there must be some great advantages over other IC engines, as the inventors claimed. I would like to see a diagram of the engine as none were posted anywhere I could find. If they are that simple and revolutionary, then it may be feasible to build one in a machine shop. Good Luck. Might have a patent on it for you in a while but the download is crawling like it's coming off a Commodore 64 with a 300 baud modem.

Been at this for hours and it's still not done and need to shut this thing down. Only got about 4 megs. Here is the link but I'm actually not even sure this is the patent but if you've got a browser running all day than it may be worth a try. It's very very slow and so won't slow anything else down but you'll need to leave the 'puter up for quite a while.

Was it about the Smitkin engine? Were you able to translate it? If not I imagine you could convert the pdf to a doc file and use Google to translate it. Sorry if it didn't give much help. Must be some info hiding around somewhere on this. Just curious how big was the final file? I quit at around 5 megabytes.

The pdf is 6.97 mB, and only has two references to the Smitkin engine. This document is about all international patents.It doesn't go into much detail about the Smitkin patent,with only two paragraphs describing it's operating principles.
