An antenna of sorts maybe?? It said the power only appears at the transformer, my opinion is the that there is no ambient energy flow until the the load at the transformer is applied creating an imbalance or holes which are refilled by the ambient. Just thinking out loud but could be similar to the antenna on Teslas car?? Or maybe a good earth ground??

the power appear before the transformer in the capacitor banks, and it appear in L2 also but due to the high frequency we can't use as it is, the real ambient energy appear around L1, this coil must be designed to interact directly with this power, after that L2 is just like an antenna, now another skills is needed to make L1 to talk with L2, it's known if the voltage across L1 is high enough L2 will appear to be much longer, even if the wave length is 3KM if the frequency of L1 is 100KHZ!!! L2 can be artificially very very long , more voltage across L1 will do this job, because the ambient around it work as additive antenna..,at this moment you could make the length of L2 four times L1, in the case of ETBC the voltage generated in L2 has a relation with the length of ETBC, the two foils together !

I was not around for the history of why these were deleted, but thank you so much for unearthing them for me.
I saw something he had expressed about having spark gap + resonance = OU, and his "nutshell" of the DS coil replication which was... to take a reverse Tesla coil configuration resonating by a NST to achieve (relatively) low voltage with high Amps. Then Using a bridge rectifier and PI FILTER TO GET 12 OR 24 VOLTS
In his reverse Tesla coil the secondary(output) has large gauge wire with a few turns and center tapped and wound to create a CW CCW bifilar winding that was at the center of primary that encased the secondary.
You probably have done this but I should ask: Have you tried placing the E-TBC inside the middle of air core coil?
everything is related with the device performance, Yes i tried this , i tried the mixed ETBC and it's the only configuration that gave some useful power in air core arrangement, but using the ferrite as medium gave a better performance , so i tried a bifilar arrangement in a ferrite ring actually a TV YOKE and the performance increased dramatically but the problem is still the time needed to charge a capacitor is still high ... in other hand when you wrap your extended bifilar coil around a ferrite core the ETBC lost its geometry so the latest idea ( it's patented now ) is the serial ETBC the following video show it's great performance since i am using only 3w as input and able to light a bulb of 40W every 3 second :
using identical ETBC on the same ferrite ring so each ETBC is connected to the next in serial gave an awesome increase in power ! the good thing here is you can use whatever the number you want in that test i tried only 4 ETBC but the number can be 100 if you want ! the output will be related with the square of the number used for example in my case i have 16 time more power than a single ETBC, in your case if you use 100 ETBC you have 10000 more power than a single ETBC !!!!
the device can be further enhanced by using another coil called L0 connected also in serial with your ETBCs this coil tend to amplify the magnetic power needed to start the oscillation but i am still working on this, how to use it perfectly so we could increase the oscillation to the highest level , when this is done i think this device will act very strongly , i give much details to only the person who try this !
NB all the test done intentionally without earth ground to see the performance but the ground do actually increase the performance, the better your device act without the ground the better will act with it !!!
I have done some reflecting about much of what Zilano says about everything. I think he has a continuity about his thinking that indicates he actually achieved a device. So everything he says seems to be a bit of gold. There seems to be a gap in his posts for the time around November 2011. Specifically from Oct 29th thru November 27th. Does anybody know where I can find the posts to that?
I have watched many of the replication attempts on the tube, and the big elephant in the room is that you see nobody reducing the radio frequency to useful range. I believe this gap to be the reason why there isn't a real how to, to do this.
So the real magic is NOT ONLY the stirring of the ambient L1/L2 (resonance), but the aggregation of the energies at the end through the trafo before the load. It seems that people expect when they achieve resonance between two coils with a spark gap you get high amps at low voltage.

there's nothing special about that ! the real power is there inside the capacitor banks that collect the power received by your L2 coil, if you really succeeded in the capacitor banks all what you have to put is an INVERTER.

There are some Zilano devices without the cap banks. Thus exclude storage caps from necessity of a working DS device

caps. this is simple theory and working device schematic. its a working
circuit. one can use varistors to maintain desired voltage. varistors are
available easily.
I have studied most of Zilano published materials some of them are useful and understood but at some points it's not easy to understand her physics, for example the quoted text she talk about using overflow energy directly but in reality what happen is we collect a very tiny extra power multiplied but the very high RADIO FREQUENCY SPEED near MHZ the other important factor is the voltage in L2 , but the radio frequency speed generated energy must be collected in the capacitor banks and then used, there's nothing special in the output transformer ! it's still an output device aimed to lower the voltage but i am not sure about this technique because some experienced members say it's nearly impossible to success in this design , the best option is to gather a good amount of power in the capacitor banks and after that try to put a suitable inverter.
