I met this man last summer and shot this pictures in front of his house,
he got a lot of experience with hho cells making and he made some
great improvements in developing these cells, and when i was leaving his
town which i had visited just to see him, i told him that i was intending
to visit him again after i finish all hho electronics and maybe make my
own cell too...

So, what do you think about opening another hho thread to think this
whole stuff through and maybe get some help from other hho
enthusiasts ?

I would like to hear Gregs opinion about this too !

And if hho is somehow forbidden or patented term we could use H2O,
caouse HHO is nothing else but other way to say or designate H2O !

cikljamas, That looks like a really neat setup, I like it. Yeah H2O why not. That sounds good too. I've been editing some of my posts until someone else make's a post after me, so it might pay to check a few post's behind after you make one. I also noticed sometimes posts are made while i'm writing one or editing.

Edit, After reading through the winding guide very kindly provided by the good guys at hydrogen garage, it's obvious that Bob has volunteered a lot of his research to the public domain and I for one commend him for that. The fact he doesn't want the hex controller released can be looked at different ways, and I believe he is his rights to make those deciscions. After all it didn't take much imagination to work out what we should do. Most of what we need to know is in the PGTFE book including the Hydroxy setup. He has given a lot in my opinion. The more I think about it the more I agree that a good safe and very productive Hydroxy booster cell or whatever (supply on demand) is a very good idea. Maybe if we could somehow meld Stans gating or grouping technique into a car setup it could be worth the experiment. Or even a test board for this project at a later date. Stans drawing looks like it could be integrated in part into many pulsing circuits. Just some thoughts, while I was getting over my cracking headache. Better now.

Hi cikljamas, I can't see any purpose for that circuit in this project we dont want to bypass any energy from the battery right back to itself, without going through the pulsing circuit.. What is your intent with it ? I'm a little confused by that.

I see that circuit is very usefull though for low loss power regulation, that is kinda interesting now that I think about it. Thanks cikljamas. Every bit better efficiency helps.

Hi Farmhand,

Could you please measure your 16ga diameter overall (insulation). Your wire looks as though its insulation is much thinner than mine ... which means you will end up with more turns than mine.

On another note ... I love to complain so here goes:

It really sucks having to wait 10 or 11 days to get parts. First I have to 'load' my bank account (5 days to post), then I can order my parts, then I have to wait at least another 5 days for delivery ... and that's if I pay the exorbitant 3rd-day deliver ... yeah! ... pay for 3rd-day delivery that's promised in five ... Thanks UPS ... UP YOURS!

Hey Greg, I feel for ya on the wait. My problem is it takes me a week to
physically get over driving to the city. Especially when combined with
the two days fence work before that. I have one Disc in my upper back
and two in my neck that can slip real easy, when all three are out at once
it's like hell on earth, thankfully the doctor gives me effective pain relief
these days, I had to threaten I would go to human rights commission though.

Only problem with that is keeping my eye's open, or even focussing
sometimes. I try not to harrass the doctor too much because I don't
want to go for another operation. I already had two disc's in my neck
removed and have plenty enough titanium hardware in there already.

OK so enough misery. The wire looks to be almost exactly 2mm, I don't have
any preciscion equipment handy, the best I can do by a good rule.
It does look a bit thinner to me too, it could have something to do with
all the straightening and stretching. I pulled it around a secured half inch
bobbin under tension to straighten it which is very effective but does work it
a bit.

Reading one of Bobs guide's it says he got 133 winds on his, seems your wire
must have a bit thicker insulation or you have thicker wire, but I must say
again I really don't think those few less winds on the secondary will make any
difference. The main thing is it's there, I remember way back a few were
saying we don't even need a secondary, my experiments tell me otherwise.
So i'm just glad we didn't rush in and do it without one at all. I think from
memory you said you're wire was 2.2 mm, anyway there is the chance yours
will be better. Some small differences are good for comparisons, but we must
remember to consider them in evaluations.

I still havn't started again yet because last night I was a bit woozy. So today
I rested. Might do some more tonight, I won't be catching you up on the transformer this week.

Hey Greg, Sounds like my parcel delivered by U.S.P.S. arrived quicker than your's do. Haha Mine was sent on the sixth of january and arrived on the 19th or was it the day before it's the 20th here today. I suppose the mail went back a day in time on it's way here, when it crossed the international date line or did it go forward. Anyway it got here much quicker than I expected.

That internet stuff is crazy fast that would be good, no doubt about it, another kind of optic tech. Can't wait for that.

On a side note I was thinking of getting one of these to play with, later. I might need to buy a book or find a good internet source of info. I've done some very simple code editing with FPS video game missions and stuff, couldn't even say what kind, I just learned what I needed to, to make stuff happen. But I think I can learn it a bit maybe, this one is very inexpensive.

Is it any good, worth buying ? Do you have one cikljamas? I bet you do !

I just quickly counted around 135 turns of wire.

I guess it's time to call the boys at HG and ask them WHY TF they sold me the wire they did. I only got 116 turns. SCREW THOSE A-HOLES! I paid their premium price for the core, the wire, some tape that rips when you try and wind it off of the poly tube they rewound it on to. What really gets me also is that the bare wire measures under spec by at least 0.001 using a micrometer. I originally complimented them in this forum for 'delivering what was advertised'. I'm taking that back now ... thanks HG ... a real bunch of swell guys ... right! Time to quit this project.

OK I put some dots on there A red one to start and a white one every 5 windings after that, I count 133, I can still see gaps in the middle inbetween the windings but I don't think I will worry about it they are very small gaps I might get one more if I was very lucky. I don't know what to say Greg you're wire must be thicker.

My bare wire measure UNDER spec by 0.001" ... it's even thinner than yours. Now I know why the sports at HG happen to have it ... it's NOT Mil Spec ... it's rejected wire. Again ... Thanks HG!

I'll probably also find that the 650-52 Micrometals core is ALSO out of spec. ... which is why they are selling it ... and I have no way to test for that.

OK no probs this will be my last post in this thread.

I will keep working on my own project that does not involve Bob Boyce Stuff or self charging.

I am going to wind four primaries on my core Tesla style. This will be the beginning of my Dynamo Electric Machine project. I don't really see much point to a self charger, since I have no point to proove. Neon sign transformers cured me of looking for OU.

And due to the lack of involvement here, I will assume no one is interested and I may not even start another thread about it.

I will however be taking down my back-up page and starting a new private one. I will collaborate with anyone I feel is genuinely interested in contributing to a usefull version of this tech.

I have no ill feelings, but I will no longer respond in any way to negativity.

In my opinion the self charging demonstrated by watkykjy is a simple trick involving simple methods, and is not necessary. I have no need for a self charging device.

My project will be based on Tesla's work from this point on. As i believe this project was originally. Thanks to Bob for making some of his work pubic, it's very helpfull.

And it will whirl like the Tazzie Devil himself. Because I will be firing each pair of opposite series connected coils 180 degrees out of phase. I will most likely use a CD4047 chip to do this at first, which will be very easy and inexpensive. That chip will also provide a base output frequency double that of the two alternating outputs frequency, the base frequency could become useful.
