  • Do you know what is is that you really want?

Let me tell you guys a personal story, I don't even mention Free Energy at social gatherings.

    Why?
Because it's IMPOSSIBLE, I'm tired of being labelled a lunatic.
But I do knoew that it exists, the captret will prove it to you. My 4 x 12 oz red bull captret has 50,000 uf +, voltage ?. I only have cheap walmart multimeters, you can get by with the basics.

If you're serious about Free Energy, then be prepared for it. You are going into the world of the unknown. Heck it might even be illegal, if you want to be sure then call the authorities and ask.

Do yourself a big favor and ask this Question, Do you really want Free Energy?. If you do, the do then Why and How are you going to apply it?.

And if you wish to continue, then start tinkereing. Stop looking up to mainstream authorities as you're answer can not exist.

For the brave ones, do replicate and post data and pics. I will only post pictures and more data if this capret is developing. This is no free lunch deal, you too have to pour in sweat too.

        No free lunch?

Well i guess i should have never given away the captret idea, i guess i should have said "hey look at me i have a free lunch, but i'm not going to share!". LOL

But i didn't, i let others know what i know and in doing that the captret is developing very nicely. I do agree that others should help to make it better, and they are. We're getting many types of captret designs, that all do amazing unique things.

I too don't go around telling my closest friends that i have a circuit that self charges a battery, because they wouldn't understand. So thats why i'm here, everyone so far is on the same page and have the same goal as me.

Plus sharing everything you know lets people know you have nothing to hide, its out their for there taking. When they use it they too make it better, and it starts a cycle.

Electricity should be free, just like the air we breath. So don't worry we are all here on the same page. And yes we must help others to get to that page so that the idea can live on. And buy giving it away doesn't mean they'll get it right the first time, they'll get something wrong and from that they'll learn; just like what i did with others on this form, they couldn't get my circuit to work so they work at it to make it work and from that they learn. In the end its all a learning experience.

        • Lunch is Free

OK dude, I was lost for words, I meant Spoon Fed, English is my third language so I am at times have a hard time expressing my thoughts.

I will make a controlled test and post data with pictures.

You guys are taking too long and hence minor advancements, do it Tesla style. Push everything to the limit, observe, learn and move on. That's my philosophy, but then, I might be out of this time.

Give me a day or so to clean up this mess, I have more advance setup with 2 battery setup.

Heck I still need to mow the lawn and tend to the garden, feed the animals not to mention still goto work.

Keep up the good work, but hurry, life is too short.

          • well...

ok so the new caps take a bit to condition or build up these diodes inside of them. My 8 pack 220uf 100v finally is heating up a new Superbright led. 3995 mcd 5mm white 3.7Vf@20ma. This thing is so bright it is hard to look at. Also like I said it is getting warm to the touch. The 12v 12ah battery I have is running this beast and is getting back up there on charge. 10volts as we speak. Now to see if I can push this new 8 banger to the max.

I picked up two of the super bright leds @20 ma each. right now it doesn't matter if I use one or two they seem to be the same brightness. When I put two on the heat disappears and run cooler. Weird...

            • Anyone else notice when you take a captret thats been used and short out the + and the - leads of the cap with the top of cap, and disconnect them it always bounces back up to some voltage. This is the electret part of the captret that i found out when i first was playing with the capacitors.

              • I will post a video when I find the cable to my camera. Here is my experiment for the evening:
Captret running 1 200V 1500uF cap. The captret is powering a Joule Thief, that is driving an LED. When tunning The Joule thief I get the LED to flash brightly about 1-2 times per second, or continuous light. The LED is not a full brightness when in continuous light.
The source is a dead 12V SLA. I am using an analog meter to measure the Voltage at the battery. Which has went up almost a Volt in 2 hours. (.9V). While this may not seem all that impressive, what is strange is the Amp draw. In order to get the best charging I have to tune to a higher amp draw of 8 miliamps. However, The Amp draw has decreased over the last 2 hours at the same rate as the Voltage on the run battery increases. It went from 8mA to right at 6mA and dropping. the LED has not changed in brightness. The battery seems to be charging and the circuit is drawing less current as time goes on. Battery and capacitors and all wires are running cool. The transistor is cool as well.
The amp draw has decreased to 5.95mA since I started typing this message.

                • Also, I may be mistaken but the LED seems to have gotten slightly brighter. Might just be me since I see the battery Voltage increase. But if the Voltage is increasing wouldnt the LED brightness increase as well?

                  • Hey Guys,

I have some good news for the serious experimenters. I have a few Soda Can size Military grade capacitors I would like to make available for cheap. Actually, your biggest expenses would be the shipping cost. Contact if you're a serious researcher and interested: miki02131@yahoo.com

I will show pics before any offer. I have a varity between 30 and 50 rated capacity ranging from 3500mF to 20000mF and 20V to 250V.

                    Miki Out.

Usually in my experience the led gets dimmer as the higher the battery charge. This has to do with a build up on the negative plate of the capacitor(s).

My next question had to do with running other stuff besides the leds. I suppose transistors run then from your description?

My thought was to run a transistor into a coil to boost the voltage? then apply that back to the battery.

                      • A fully charged capacitor is not infinite resistance like what your meter would say, over time it becomes negative resistance.

I'm seeing negative resistance with the capacitors(captrets) and that is the reason why the batteries are charging.

Think of it this way, the cap is filling up and the amps are going down. The amps get to zero and the meter says infinite, because 0 times anything is 0 (ohms law). But our number system doesn't stop at 0 it goes into the negatives. So if it goes into the negatives then according ohms law at 12 volts time -1 amps equals -12 watts, and negative resistance equals negative watts which means a charging effect is happening.

Here is the latest captret i've been working on. battery started with 6.31 volts but now is up to 6.37 volts . The other battery voltage went up to 1.661 volts but has been dropping and is now at 1.122 volts. Whats weird about his circuit is that higher charge battery should be the one going down and the lower charge battery should be going up so that they would equal themselves out, but the opposite happens.

The voltage in the capacitor - and the + are also going up too.

I'm thinking about replacing the lower battery voltage one with a super cap to see if i get the same effect.

The lower voltage battery's negative terminal becomes the positive and the higher battery negative terminal becomes the negative.

Red clip on DVM Common (black) is "o"

393.5 mV: It's been floating around this number for quite a while.

Perhaps a bunch of these in series can provide enough to charge a cap and flash an LED ... maybe.

I will also run this without the "o" to see if the effect is REALLY just the Cap restoring itself (by whatever mechanism, as they already do without the "o")

Without a source of steady potential I doubt you have free energy but you do show that once the led is on it will run for a long time on the potential differences of the plates and the hull.

Leds are pretty much super efficient at converting potential into light with little current requirements at the lumens were are getting.. Thats why we are getting the results we are getting with a source of potential like a dead battery. It settles into a comfortable low current that can be provided by a cyclic flow of potential that is created by the cap and led plus the additional virtual diodes with one being for each plate in the original version of the circuit. Since you have proven that it indeed charges a cap in your first experiment then I would say that this is a verified effect. Weather it comes from the rebound effect of the cap or not it is a good effect none the less.

We could figure out eventually that having multiple caps in parallel and switched from cap tp cap to collect the rebound energy into another real cap in the normal method could net us a gain but I think it would be to small of an increase to net much unless we had 100's of them running in parallel.
