Here is a video of a motor I was thinking about building. Turns out someone already has:

This thing looks like it has some serious torque, but I don't think the builder
put any thought into energy recovery.
Couldn't 99% of the energy used to pulse these coils be recovered the exact
same way that Peter uses in his Rotary Attraction Motor, and still keep the
same amount of torque?

Couldn't his same recovery methods for magnetic attraction be applied to
magnetic repulsion?
