Especially for those in the UK trying to source lead acid batteries for rejuvenation please can I say my local experience with garages. Two of the local garages near me I have talked to and asked if I can buy their ‘dud’ batteries. Both explained that they sell them to the scrap-man for about £5, so I said ‘happy with that, I’ll pay you the same’, so both said they will keep them aside for me. Any way both asked why I wanted ‘dud’ batteries, and I explained about Bedini, negative electricity etc, which they seemed very interested in, or where just very polite! Anyway, back from the conference and time to round up a few batteries – One garage thought I was kidding with my request and only had one in the bin, having had the scrap-man take them away 3 days ago –so they gave me the battery for free, and the other garage charged me £3.00 each. 2 of the batteries are at 12.5 V + and one at 10.5V.
