Has anyone here built one of these generators? I mean I see all these plans on the interwebs and I see some working video on You Tube. I would like to talk to the average joe who built one to know if it works. I'm a heavy equipment operator but I'm handy enough I think to build one of these.

I also have purchased the document Edison Current (edcurrentx10.pdf) and everything exactly reproduced. The chart on page 53 shows us the coil. But this picture is stolen from the document by JL Naudins Kapagen.

Rotor and stator is working well. The electrical test with the lamp and the measuring instruments brought the desired result. The coil is also ready. 2000V AC condenser, 10 ohm resistor, diode and spark gap are wired as shown in the diagram on page 54. The grounding took place via the copper tube of the heater and the ground terminal of the socket.

But unfortunately there is no spark and no driving force for the rotation. Here I now need help. Can anyone give me a video of a running generator on Youtube?

There is a contact address admin@edisonscurrent.com, but no one answers there.
Unfortunately, there is no other contact address given. Does anyone know the Edison Current people? In the PDF document you can see but someone who labored there. I would like to know which way the diode needs to be. I would like a video of a running device to see. How to get in touch with the people?
I have already Sterling D. Allan on Contact PES Network Inc / Open Source Energy Network Personnel emailed whether he is knowing something. I am waiting for his answer. Any other Idea?

Permanent Magnet Generator PMG - Project ´Edisons current´ failed

Hello all,
This is the exact replica of the Project ´Edison Current´ from the Edisons Current - The Widely Suppressed Secret For Generating Free Electricity page. Unfortunately, there are no technical support by the author / seller. As described in the PDF file will not work. Not buy it, hoping to free energy.
From here on I will do my own further research. Nothing is lost all the components can be used for other projects. On Youtube you can see, the finished device.

I feel bad for someone who buys a book like this and puts such an effort into building the device without any success. You did an obviously very quality job in replicating the plans. I think people need to beware when the pages all look like the format used by people selling the 'get rich quick' scams. And in this case no real contact info and not even anything to be readily found from from a 'whois' search for that domain. It does seem someone with knowledge of the 'Kapagen' put this all together recently. A couple of the pics in the book showing people building the disks look familiar from something I saw some time ago. I'm fairly sure it was an open source deal. My opinion is the person who put together the Edison's current book is fairly sharp but I don't believe they really have anything other than a slick marketing deal for the book. I'd label this one a 'better than average scam'. These scams are getting so rampant that if someone comes along with something real it is going to make it more difficult for them.

Looks like they are using parts of a Kapanadze generator to make this work. Check out page 53 of the PDF you posted. In fact if you build the circuit part and simply replace the generator with an AC voltage source perhaps a 350 watt inverter it would work fine. It will generate electricity. However that is high voltage and will KILL YOU if you touch the cap. So please be careful.

It has been referenced on a couple of other threads. This looks like the PMG wind generator work that Hugh Piggot (google it) has been, and is still doing to this day.
His plans call for a generator very similar to the one in the plans you posted to be driven by a windmill. Which may be why there is nothing to create rotation for your PMG. It does work and technically it is a free energy generator if driven by the wind or a water wheel of some sort.
You can check out his website and see the similarities to your device.
By the way you did a great job and it will produce energy enough to run 600 watts or thereabouts. Don't give up on it.

Yes. I bought it and am currently trying to get "refunded" as was promised.
No technical nohow necessary? Right!
Trying to find ways to cut costs without getting scammed too badly. Sure. Not technically advanced but I do know enough to get me in trouble.
I do know that there is no free lunch but if I knew of a way to produce energy as they say, I would get a patent on it and give it away to everyone. That is the only way to stay on top of the dirt if you plan to put major corporations out of business.
Want to cut electrical cost? Hang your clothes outside on a clothesline to dry instead of using a dryer. Don't buy the book.

What? Only if you are an engineer with a shop full of tools could you remake this project. Couldn't an existing brushless motor be used instead of this "remaking the wheel" project
