It has been referenced on a couple of other threads. This looks like the PMG wind generator work that Hugh Piggot (google it) has been, and is still doing to this day.
His plans call for a generator very similar to the one in the plans you posted to be driven by a windmill. Which may be why there is nothing to create rotation for your PMG. It does work and technically it is a free energy generator if driven by the wind or a water wheel of some sort.
You can check out his website and see the similarities to your device.
By the way you did a great job and it will produce energy enough to run 600 watts or thereabouts. Don't give up on it.

They, who made this so called e-book are in fact scamers,but the kind of scamers less experienced than "some others" on forums like energeticforum.com & overunity.com
Personally, I believe this is strictly related to the TeslaSecret scam.
Mind you guys&gals to first search the web for more info on potential scamers like these.
A good place to start searching for the right info is on torrent & warez sites.
But be careful to not fill your pc with lots of viruses and worms

Total Crap -Don't waste your money

So you want an opinion on this "FREE" energy motor, well here it is...

This is total rubbish, what you have here is nothing more than a 3 phase motor / generator connected to 3 silicon bridge rectifiers to give 3 bursts of DC voltage for every turn of the crank handle.

Much in the same way that industrial electricity is generated at a power station. They too use 3 phase systems, although domestic users get to use only one of these phases.

In the UK we have 240v 3 phase for heavy machinery. The main reason being is that AC motors have a lot LESS TORQUE or rotational force than the equivalent DC motors. For example traction motors used on underground railways are usually DC at about 400-600 volts. London's Underground system used to have its own supply, but is now fed by the grid, which had to be rectified to get it to work (EDF energy - French)

This however will NOT generate free energy at all, what it will do is give you 3 or mmore (depending on the number of coils) squirts of energy for every turn of the handle. Yes it is a magneto of sorts whose output is then rectified.

It is nothing more and that fits with Edison since he was a DC only man, who hated Tesla and his AC system. The two worked together and Tesla system won which is why we are where we are today.

The 10 ohms resistor and hi voltage capacitor, which are in series will make a sort of filter - WHY ? Rough DC is already coming for the rectifiers.
so if the intention is to use it as a resonant circuit is aint gonna work very well but it might filter some noise out of the DC.

Then we have some sort of "TESLA-ish" transformer, with two air cored coils (Who produces and publishes this crap) - so we are going to create an imbalance of DC between the coils, well that might seem reasonable but where do you place the load. The load is where you want to take the 'FREE' energy from.

So we have an induction type of transformer circuit driven by some DC pulses, which yes will make a transformer work, but you cannot draw any energy from this design since there is nowhere to take it from and it certainly has nothing to do with electrons in the earth, ionosphere or otherwise.

Thanks for the link to view the plans. Right, would have been disappointed with my purchase. I agree with the consensus of opinion for the most part. Good info for building a permanent magnet generator, but this information can be found for free. I am not sure why the author / scammer put these two items together... the circuitry and PMG. To give the benefit of doubt, is there a missing link between the to items. There is mention of future additional information to automate switching the wiring of the generator between star or delta with a relay circuit. Perhaps instead of switching wiring in the generator the relay circuit is to switch the generator function between generator and motor. Obviously, more to it than just that. Maybe this is an incomplete attempt at an open system self sustaining motor/generator design. The motor/generator powered by the open system power supply allowing the motor/generator to sustain the system and either have surplus electrical energy drawn at the batteries or mechanical energy available at the rotating shaft. Still not an original thought, but if the power supply and generator could keep the batteries up this would be a portable, off grid power source.
I have thought about trying this (not exactly this per se) out in the middle of nowhere under some high voltage transmission lines to see how much radiant energy could collected.
