Anybody know anything about this guy? My friend says he is legit.

He has invented a "windless windmill," that is, a machine that uses weights
(gravity), angular momentum, and centifugal (centripital) force to
generate approximately 9 times more energy than what's needed to make
the machine run. A 5 horsepower motor is running a generator that needs
45 horsepower to run.

Definitely due diligence is suggested with this guy, Paul Caggiano as he had a device years back that claimed to get 113 to 138 mpg with gasoline that never materialized after many people invested and lost money with him. This is not just reading about him and his device from various websites but from friends I know from many years ago that invested in this guy and no products were delivered to them after many promises. Get very specific facts before investing any time or money with this guy based on his past actions.

Thanks I had a gut reaction against it. I told my friend I was skeptical but he insisted he is legit. I just could understand anything that would line-up with what he is saying.
