Welcome, dedooo. It looks like you have a proper flange on the top of your retort, and your gas burner setup looks well done as well. What did you do for insulation? It looks like mud, or something liquide, and poured in then set?

Cleaning out the retort can be a real problem, so a flange top and bottom can help, so that you can scrape from the top, and debris can fall through the bottom flange.

Another option for cleaning out the retort after your cracking run is, if you are absolutely sure that your retort has fully cracked and extracted all of the liquid hydrocarbons, so that there is only coking remaining, then you can introduce air into your retort, by cracking open a valve and carefully watching the retort temperature. The temperature should rise to 1200F (650c) as the carbon burns. You can keep adding air, while carefully watching the temperature, and keeping it at 1200F (650c).

    NOTE:
At this time you will want to valve off your retort to your fractionation column, and vent it directly out.

At this point you can turn off the heat, because the coke will keep the retort hot until all of the coke is burned off. When all of the coke is burned, then the temperature of your retort will start to drop significantly. When all of the coke is burned you will just have ash to remove. That ash can be used as catalyst for the next run.

But I have a problem waste and solid waste by 30% of the raw materials I faced great difficulty in taking them out of the reactor because it is attached to, at the tips?

The activity of the animal beings has become acutely active everywhere on this earth. Bodies do not get time to booty a blow for a while. With the accretion use of altered gadgets of Gps Jammer, the possibilities of accepting the aboriginal of blow accept absolutely finished. The adaptable phones or the corpuscle phones are some of these accessories that accumulate the bodies consistently in blow with the alfresco world. The adaptable building are additionally accessible about everywhere these canicule and due to this the accessibility of the signal jammers for sale has become alike added quick and authentic. Today, you cannot break out of ability of these adaptable building as their signals can bolt your about anywhere. The bearings of bodies who accord to altered business professions has become actual analytical of wifi jammer as their authorities bolt them anywhere any moment.

Thanks, Excalibur, here is a link to some of my experiments in high temperature insulation.

Jonathan, BB has touched on a very cheap, affordable solution for your needs. DIY refractory firebrick.
I suggest to Google the topic: How to make refractory brick, Homemade Castable Refractories, DIY fireclay, etc. Also BB has done a lot of testing of various affordable solutions. See pyrolysis section at BB website.

Two types of firebrick for consideration is the dense firebrick and the porous firebrick. The dense one is known for being a storage of heat while the porous lightweight one will be an insulator and not store heat well at all.
Porous firebrick can be made by adding organic or combustible material to the brick recipe which burns out during firing. This makes for thousands of tiny air pockets throughout the brick.
    Hope this helps.

Plastic pyrolysis yield much less than WMO distillation, because plastic is mostly air between the particles. so that 5 gallons (20L) of WMO yields very close to 5 gallons (20L) distilled fuel; whereas, 55 gallons (220L) of plastic yields about 5 gallons (20L) distilled fuel.

    Note on insulation:
Adobe makes a perfectly useful high temperature insulation. Also, volcanic ash works very well also as good high temperature insulation.

Really, it's not that simple. A mixture of two different hydrocarbon fuels/oils will start boiling at a temperature somewhere between the boiling points of the two components, depending on their relative proportions in the mixture.
A quantity of waste oil should always be considered to have a variety of different components. It depends on what is thrown into the oil dumpster.
My retort has started producing fuel long before even 400°C. As I've said before, as much attention should be paid to the bubbler activity and sight glass drip rate as to the retort temperature.

I suspect you need either better insulation or more heat or perhaps a combination of the two. Somehow you must achieve a carefully controlled boiling temperature to get good evaporation and maintain it. For cheap insulation, you need to get innovative. How about finding an old oven and recycle its' insulation or put your retort inside. Better than nothing would be to put the retort inside a larger drum so heat is trapped in the air gap.

To increase output, more than the 5kg needs to be processed at a time. A picture would help our understanding of your needs..
