now i start to construct chamber with propane heating. my idea is to heat central part of chamber inside so in that way i will save the outgoing heat on rear sides and all heat will be inside the drum. i will put pictures in the middle of construction soon... Im not shure if this kind of central heating is ok but i will try this method because i like to make minimal loosing of heat with this kind of heating in center of chamber...

Going to 'go back' and read exactly what 'they' do to charcoal, to make it 'activated'. It would be reaaly cool if we could take the 'waste' product from the reactors, the black carbon crap, and MAKE it into 'activated' charcoal!!!Jim

Lab
Hello people, I am happy to read and see all your success. I have read all the posts, and have seen just one lab analysis. Why don't you send the fuel you assume is good quality, to laboratory for full ASTM, or EN fuel tests. Then we would know what exactly we have got, and what we can expect from it in Internal combustion engines.
I run 50 heavy trucks, and had almost buy energy recovery machine...thanks to you, i gave up.

well after many tries
no clean wmo with the charcoal and neither activated charcoal worked.
all the oil passed the filter the same way it went in.
no change in viscosity nor in color.
and I wasnt able to find a video on the net to give me an idea.
anyways thinking about different.
I have to come up with a diesel making processor.
only one doubt how do you make it a continious sistem?
when the reactor is working and the wmo is geting consumed and you need to fill it with more to make it work for longer periods of time, how do you put more wmo in it?
with a pump? what pressure? a check valve?.
the wmo is cheaper than the plastic here, need an advise.

Beware
Be careful with the Ukranian company. I've been interested in the subject for quite some time and concluded that they don't offer enough value for the price. Don't forget that you need to install a large crane to use their reactor and retort.
In addition to the extremely inefficient process, they make many claims that are not true. For example they state full temperature control just because they have a temperature gauge installed. They also don't show or share how the reactor is heated up initially. They use carbon black as fuel, which is extremely toxic to the environment, and they don't have a fume scrubbing system to deal with the heavy smoke. Their videos are carefully crafted to show operation only in self sustaining mode. They also avoid answering serious questions and claim a catalyst is not needed. All this applies to the the rectifying column as well and they claim a catalyst is not needed for that process either. In fact they didn't know what a catalyst was.
Just thought I'd share so others can benefit from my experience

Thank you for your comments.
My company has a need for aproximately 12000 galons of No. 6 oil (bunker they call it here) per month for use in our two boilers. I have a couple friends with similar needs (roughly 30,000 galons per month current combined consumption). We are planning on purchasing a chinese system that will pyrolise the plastic (basically to use free pp and hdpe post industrial waste) to produce an equivalent burnable plastic oil (similar at lkeast to my current NO 6 oil). The theoretical yield is 7000 liters per 10 tons of waste. However at 1 batch per day, the capacity of the plant would be roughly 50,000 galons per month, higher than what i can currently burn in our combined boilers. therefore my interest in this forum, where i hope to learn how to be able to refine the left over produceable galons per month into diesel equivalents, this would go a long way into fueling up our 4 company trucks. I see little or no problem with the plastic oil burning as we`ve burnt waste oil, veggie oil, bunker C, and even briefly woodgas in our boiler with no ill effects other than clogged filters and having to install tripple hdrocyclones to filter out dirt and grime. However I`m hoping to be able to get some experience producing diesel before we actually get the machine, so that i`ll be able to progress on the refining part of the process. Asaad proposed a fabulous idea that was to manufacture white spirits from pp, as an additional saleable product not requiring taxes or licences, however I have been unable to find out either why pp is preferable or what the steps (temps/catalists/details) to producing WS using it are. Kerosene is also a product that has a good market and none of the permit/legislation/tax issues that diesel has.
I like that the conversation has gone back to catalysts and their effects and properties. I`ll be watching it closely

If your company is looking for a 12,000 gallon plant .
I can offer you a Continous Plant which produces both Bunker/Furnace oil + White Spirit (WS) . A 50:50 ratio is possible .
feedstock could be PP & HDPE mix also .
Alongwith the plant purchase, Special catalyst & process details, with a hand on training session on plant will be provided .
You can e-mail me Or Skype .

hi
to watch a video could be very helpful
hope you can make it soon and we can all use your set up.
and can somebody answer the remaining questions¿, about how to make a continious reactor work¿, how to feed the reactor when the wmo runs out in the reactor¿.
regards from mexico
