0.9-0.7V is the value! Second, that is natural static electricity, third... oil is polymer and you must prepare granules with the static electricity where the diesel flow!... that video what i will show is like magic but its obviously natural process.

Asad... all we have some things to hide so, you hide something what I know and yes its interesting but there dont have special catalyst... only molecular chaos break the chains..

      • If you google for "dielectrophoresis" you will find some companies selling those oil cleaning machines. Some of them give hints on their web sites of the technology. That`s what I tried to do. Obviously I did something wrong.

        • mikiskmk,
0.9V is really low potential, even for the natural static electricity. E.g. if you comb your hair you can easily produce 500V and that`s 100% natural. 0.9V natural static is probably omnipresent.
          You are really puzzling us

I have read forum from initial to final. Very interesting topic and subject. I have admiration for mr jetits generous give his idea give his explanation free.
Other want rich and secret. Maybe member make money elsewhere and share free here. I work on reactor for 50 gallon, i make ok diesel, try and try and make better. I read suggestion diesel better everyday now. Color beautiful smell bad.

I post pictures. I make reactor because free information. I make no reactor because of secret.

Corporation and governemnt have secret, not welcome in forum, why member have secret? Make me mad so many.

Go sell secret other place, this free forum.

For Thinner-Laca heat reactor 420, compact steel sponge compression many is catalizer for process, catalizer 370-375 temp. Distill cold water usage few degrees. Test using all temperatures up and down not many degrees till perfect. not usage of the pvc not pete not rubber not tyre all other plastics ok and good.

I not know electrostatic solution. Give answer or not be in forum, Forum not bullfighting ring to showoff. Forum teach fellow experimenter in goodwill and good not secret.

              hi jetijs,
first of massive thanks for sharing your idea of turning plastic into fuel.ive been reading ur post for a few weeks now.i really liked it. and i m so looking forward to buid a plant just like urs too. so i tried a small model of ur plant just to start out and to have an idea before i really build a big plant like urs. but unfortunately, i m having some problems and cant figure out where i went wrong.i know that u hate repeating urself so i even read the whole thread but still i cant figure out why my model is not working.the problem is that the vapour is not coming out.

i have attached a diagram of my model.

i used a 5 litre tin ( paint bucket tin) for my reactor and packed it with polyethene bags( around 1 kg ).for the heat i used a kerosene stove. i tried to keep it very simply just to check if it works. there is only one pipe coming out from the reactor which passes through the cold water in a bucket and the end of the pipe has a regulator and from the regulator i connected a rubber pipe whose end is dipped into the water in a pet bottle. the bottle is not closed.

i supposed the vapour will pass through the pipes and when it comes in contact with the water in the bottle, it should condense and float on top of the water. but for some reason the vapour is just not coming out.
i tried closing the regulator for some time and then opening again but only a few bubbles which wasnt fuel but just air.
i kept the process going for 4 hours but still nothing.
when i shake the reactor i can hear the splashes, the plastic has turned into liquid as thin as water.when nothing happened i stopped and quickly opened the reactor, the liquid was boiling and there was so much vapour too but it wasnt just passing throug the pipe.

would u mind plz correcting me where i went wrong? because i really want to get this system going.
i was thinking is because the length of the pipe L1 is shorter than L2( as i have indicated in the attached diagram) .w was wondering is it because of this when the vapor reaches the horizontal area betn L1 and L2 it changes into liquid but flows back through L1 into the reactor because L1 is shorter?

or, is it because i dont have a condenser? i really dont know if a condenser is required to suck out the vapour too or is the condenser just for cooling.

please let me know where i went wrong. i would really appreciate if you could.

              thanks.

              • jenish14,
why did you use those vertical pipes at all? If liquid will condense between those pipes on the lowest part, it will somewhat block the free vapor flow. Also, is the pipe coming off the reactor getting hot? If not, then your problem is not enough insulartion of the reactor, the top part is just too cold and everything condenses in the reactor already. The reactor output pipe should go only horizontally and to the bottom till the condenser, so that everything that condenses collects in a cooled reservoir and so that the condensed liquid does not create blockades in the pipes. what temperatures? You should have started with the temperature readings, this would clear a lot of things. Don't use any regulators, you don't want to create any unneeded pressures inside the system.
It's better to wear off by working than to rust by doing nothing.

thanks a lot for ur reply.
could u plz draw a basic sketch of the process.( how the pipes should look like)
                  a bit still confused so.

                  thanks.
                  much appreciated.

                  • the attached picture should help.
The whole reactor should be insulated, the outlet pipe can be uninsulated. It the pipe does not become hot when the reactor is already hot, then the vapors are not passing through, so ether too low temperatures, or not enough insulation. After the outlet pipe you just need to cool the vapors, you can simply connect the pipe to a reservoir and put this reservoir in a bigger bucket filled with water. Or use whatever cooling method you have available.

                      • first experimental destillation of plastic oil

Ive made my first destillation and have about a liter of plastic oil. I did not use a catalyzer just a simple sealed metal container trough a metal gallon/tube/boiling trough water system. I heated my metal container with a normal gas stove for a couple hours. Acording to my pre-post weights yield is roughly 65% by weight of the heated pp.
I`d like to find out what fractions are present in my oil. I'd like to separate the following fractions.
                        1.Kerosene grade fractions,
                        2. Diesel grade,
                        3. Gasoline grade,
                        4.water and
                        5.white spirits grade fractions

I would slowly heat my mix with a thermometer inside it so that i could boil and weigh my mixture at the different temperatures. The difference in before and after boiling weights at each temperature would be fraction of each.
I would appreciate suggestions to know where to measure (and keep) the temperatures of boiling points so as to get a good reading.
                        Suggestions please...

                        • 160 degrees C is a good divider between diesel and kerosene. It produces a slightly "heavy" diesel with good lubrication qualities. My crude fuel contains only 5% petrol/ white spirit etc so I dont separate it from the kerosene. Asad could help with the figures for these volatiles.

                          • On "Hiding not part of Forum Idea"

Its true that this IS an 'open forum', and jetsis has chosen to share his knowledge and experience in an 'open source' way. Thats a great thing we can all be grateful for.
Because its 'open source', anyone can take this BASIC information, and do with it what they will.
So, a reader CAN use this information to build a system, for their own personal use.
A reader CAN use this information to build a system for their company, to reduce their fuel costs, and/or dispose of waste plastic.
A reader CAN use this information, to develop their expertise in designing/ constucting various reactors, and then 'sell' their expertise, as a 'consultant'.

In the event a reader does become such a consultant, and develops a body of knowledge, based on their experiences, I, as a member of this forum, am grateful if they are willing to share some of that experience with the group.

If there are some details which they have learned as a result of their trials and errors, which they feel they have to 'hold back', in order to preserve the marketabilty of their service, I can respect that. They aren't under any obligation to 'open source' share something they learned as a result of their efforts.

So long as they aren't deliberately disseminating FALSE information, in an attempt to steer people off coarse, I feel we should all be grateful for what info they ARE willing to share, while respecting their right to withhold some info, in order to avoid sharing their 'secrets' with those who would compete in the marketplace with them.

                            Anyway, thats my view,.....Jim
