Other want rich and secret. Maybe member make money elsewhere and share free here. I work on reactor for 50 gallon, i make ok diesel, try and try and make better. I read suggestion diesel better everyday now. Color beautiful smell bad.

I post pictures. I make reactor because free information. I make no reactor because of secret.

Corporation and governemnt have secret, not welcome in forum, why member have secret? Make me mad so many.

Go sell secret other place, this free forum.

For Thinner-Laca heat reactor 420, compact steel sponge compression many is catalizer for process, catalizer 370-375 temp. Distill cold water usage few degrees. Test using all temperatures up and down not many degrees till perfect. not usage of the pvc not pete not rubber not tyre all other plastics ok and good.

I not know electrostatic solution. Give answer or not be in forum, Forum not bullfighting ring to showoff. Forum teach fellow experimenter in goodwill and good not secret.

Tomorrow charge for be in forum, tomorrow charge for question, tomorrow government close forum for information buy, not free.

forum for peace not for rich and wealth making.
I was tell everything what I think and what is legal! i not sell anything! when I start to write here i was tell some things what i know about regular oils... I like that knowledge to implement in thisand i follow just one person here that is first introducer ov compact machine here...did you notice how on this forum some ppl dealing with emails for private messages? so, I didnt do such thing.
I build my sistem on base of Jetyis but with central heating tube inside... and I say i dont know how that kind of heating will be but i like to run out of briks. second, dont be nervous i was tell what i know but only legal parts for my, for yours and others peace!.
When i end of construction i will send pictures of all things. I have problems with control temeprature of steam now but i will solve that problem soon. and again ALL SYSTEM WILL BE HERE GOOD OR BAD!>

I agree that everyone is entitled to safeguard what they believe is theirs, however there is no need to flaunt knowledge that we necessarily do not want to share.

Also considering most of us do not live in the same country, let alone same city, the chance that our nemesis competitor will be in the forum is slim.

Finally this is a free forum, if someone is dissatisfied, well "you get what you pay for..."

        Those are my opinions

Do you guys have any websites where I can find suppliers of plant for these type of things?

I have a recycle business and would like to know more.
          Thanks

          • My version

Hello, My name is Scott, I have a business in Alberta Canada, hauling crude oil aswell as modifying shipping containers in out welding shop. I have been heating my shop for several years with waste motor oil, and have a good supply from other companies in town. Only catch is I have to take the plastic oil pails aswell as oil filters. So I had to build a reactor large enough to fit a pail inside. This one has a capacity of approx 40 litres, and a tall oil pail will fit in the reactor nicely. Where my design differs from all of yours is how the gas is routed from the reactor. I did not want the line running from the cover as it would be an extra step to detach it every time I open it. So I decided to run the pipe from the bottom flange around the bottom of the reactor where it will come into contact with the flame again and allow any fluid from the refracor to drip back to a hot area and recrack. The upper flange ( on the cover ) has a larger opening so to allow the gasses to enter the 1.5'' hole in the lower flange. Still much to do, but here are my pics so far.

                • Hi guys
This is such a good thread am really exited.
This is the same process as the wood gasifier (not 100% same) and the GEET
                  So the construction is simple.
I have not built a reacktor for plastic to diesel but did build some Geets and this fuel is perfect for the geet.
i have burnt crude oil and biodiesel and diesel and now add plastic to the list this is going to be so much fun
Experiance with all my engine convertions is keep it simple
I will post results after my build thanks for sharing the info

                    • Looking for someone to help build a plastic to diesel apparatus

                      Hello,

Just joined... very sorry to hear this forum is closing.

I run a recycling plant that produces about 200 metric tonnes per month of waste film plastic.

Currently we cannot find markets and landfill this material.

I would like to construct a plastic to diesel apparatus.

We operate a fleet of diesel trucks which should/could use the fuel.

I am willing to hire someone, pay for the flight here, etc etc over an extended period of time to have someone come up here to Canada and help me construct this.

I saw the project by Jetijs and I am hoping to duplicate it.

Please contact me at ldonini@shaw.ca if you are interested.

                      Thank you,
                      Lorenzo

                      • Hello EGES, Forum isn't closing. I'm in Canada as well and I plan to build smaller unit this spring. I want to be able to tweak and adjust everything before building bigger unit. For the amount of waste you have available feeder would be necessary. I was planning to do only 100kg unit but I'm sure some guys here applied constant feed to their build already.

                        Thanks

                        • There is a company in Ireland called Cynar plc who build and supply plants of the size you are talking about. Their demonstration plant processes 60 tons of ELPs including film material every week. The CEO is called Micheal Murray and I believe they are constructing units for export to Canada already. I have nothing to do with Cynar but I had a tour of their plant last year and was very impressed.

                            • Seems the easiest way to start is buy secondhand kiln, of Ebay.
And use that as a basis for the project.

eBay - The UK's Online Marketplace.

Warning about amount of petrol in diesel. Post 1992 cars are optimized for bio diesel, the material for seals in pumps was changed (bio diesel can degrade some rubbers).
The new material however degrades in petrol.
                              So older is better

The whole reactor should be insulated, the outlet pipe can be uninsulated. It the pipe does not become hot when the reactor is already hot, then the vapors are not passing through, so ether too low temperatures, or not enough insulation. After the outlet pipe you just need to cool the vapors, you can simply connect the pipe to a reservoir and put this reservoir in a bigger bucket filled with water. Or use whatever cooling method you have available.
Please help me ,i have little problem.after the process the PP material is flowing,I heated up again and take the light fraction apx 160-190 celsius.after that the diesel weight is 800-805g but below the 10-15 celsius the material will thick ( not flowing just littlebit like wax. therefor I can not to use in the car.
what need to do for the liquid diesel?
                                sorry for bad english
