  • Producing 10-15kvolts from water running.

This video has probably been discussed in the forum.

I just saw it and I was quite surprised how from a tiny amount of running water it is possible to obtain 10-15kvolts.

This voltage could be used to charge a battery or something.

    Hi..

I have thought about this as I have an aquaponics setup and I pump water up 8 feet high only to let it drop again below.

I have been thinking why not store this potential in a capacitor then use this to run an pendulum ( via a discharge into a coil at the right time ). This would then run another pump.

I have yet to figure out the way to get this done, but working on it.

You do not have to prove something for it to be true. However, you do have to prove something for others to believe it true.

It looks familiar like I may have seen it at some time in the past. But now seeing that was a big 'WOW'. So simple and with all the rain we have here I just wonder what kind of system could be setup and if it would provide a useful amount of power if one built a collection system.

        Hi bugler,

It is Lord Kelvin's water drop generator.

        Take care,
