It looks like its wired up Leedskalnin style of course thats from just looking at the pics not the patent, wish I could read French

Another thing I noticed his wires are coiled Iv noticed this in very old applications, I wonder if they were trying to match the angular momentum of the electron, someone with the right equipment should test this. It may increase the conductivity of the conductor or at least reduce heat.
