George Wiseman's (Tesla) Ammonium Turbine Generator

Just wondering if anyone out there has any additional information or ideas beyond what George Wiseman put forth on the concept of taking the latent heat energy (right during) state change and modifying a simple tesla turbine to actually create kinetic energy at that point, using ammonia given its very workable temperature range.
