Timing on Massave motor

Timing on motor fires @ 22.5 Deg. Need help with timing circut 120+ DCV . Magnets are staggerd on rotor see drawing.

As I have said already, we need more info on your motor, how is it supposed to be working, how are the magnetic flux'es switched ect. So far I still don't have a clue on how your motor should work, that is why I can't help you with the circuit.

Thank you for the diagram, but it is hard to understand the operation fully, please send more pictures of your machine so I can see how the magnets are positioned and where the armatures are.
