water spark help

hello ive been reading about the water spark thing that explodes water ,and was wondering, is there a simple way of making this spark on a 4 stroke motorcycle ,i got an old bike i would like to experiment with, cant you just put a capacitor before the coil to produce a higher spark ,and if so got any ideas what i would need ,and can it work on carbs not injection as my old bike has carbs, i can see where injection would work better i think./

i want to be able to leave all electrics alone for timing ,and just up the spark so it can burn water there must be an easy answear ,or is this one of the hidden truths.
